Abstract

1. Способ отделения микрокомпонентов от фракции (1), содержащей по меньшей мере азот и гелий, где ее до обогащения гелием частично конденсируют (Е), отличающийся тем, что частично сконденсированную фракцию (2), по меньшей мере частично, направляют по меньшей мере в одну ректификационную колонну (Т), и в ней разделяют на обогащенную гелием газообразную фракцию (6) и обогащенную азотом жидкостную фракцию (5), которая содержит микрокомпоненты.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частично сконденсированную фракцию (2) сначала направляют в сепаратор (D), и полученную в сепараторе (D) обогащенную гелием газообразную фракцию (4), по меньшей мере частично, подводят по меньшей мере в одну ректификационную колонну (Т).3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в ректификационную колонну (Т) вводят азот или обогащенную азотом фракцию (10) в качестве противоточной среды.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что процесс разделения внутри ректификационной колонны (Т) стимулируют размещенными в ней насадками и/или колпачковыми тарелками.

Claims (4)

1. Способ отделения микрокомпонентов от фракции (1), содержащей по меньшей мере азот и гелий, где ее до обогащения гелием частично конденсируют (Е), отличающийся тем, что частично сконденсированную фракцию (2), по меньшей мере частично, направляют по меньшей мере в одну ректификационную колонну (Т), и в ней разделяют на обогащенную гелием газообразную фракцию (6) и обогащенную азотом жидкостную фракцию (5), которая содержит микрокомпоненты.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частично сконденсированную фракцию (2) сначала направляют в сепаратор (D), и полученную в сепараторе (D) обогащенную гелием газообразную фракцию (4), по меньшей мере частично, подводят по меньшей мере в одну ректификационную колонну (Т).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в ректификационную колонну (Т) вводят азот или обогащенную азотом фракцию (10) в качестве противоточной среды.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что процесс разделения внутри ректификационной колонны (Т) стимулируют размещенными в ней насадками и/или колпачковыми тарелками.
