Abstract
1. Многокомпонентный материал, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:подложку и нанесенный путем печати слой на подложке, где нанесенный путем печати слой включает изменяющую цвет композицию, причем изменяющая цвет композиция содержит:формирующий матрицу компонент;краситель;поверхностно-активное вещество; ирегулятор pH, где регулятор pH включает низкомолекулярную органическую кислоту и высокомолекулярную органическую кислоту.2. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регулятор pH включает 1-20% низкомолекулярной органической кислоты и 1-20% высокомолекулярной органической кислоты.3. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регулятор pH имеет отношение низкомолекулярной органической кислоты и высокомолекулярной органической кислоты в интервале от 0,02 до 50.4. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что низкомолекулярная органическая кислота выбирается из молочной кислоты, аминокислоты, аскорбиновой кислоты, гликолевой кислоты, салициловой кислоты, винной кислоты, лимонной кислоты, этилендиаминтетрауксусной кислоты, тартроновой кислоты и малеиновой кислоты.5. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что высокомолекулярная органическая кислота выбирается из полиакриловых кислот, полиметакриловых кислот и сополимеров, содержащих акриловые кислоты, метакриловые кислоты или как акриловые кислоты, так и метакриловые кислоты.6. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирующий матрицу компонент имеет более 0,5 мас.% полярных атомов.7. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирующий матрицу компонент выбирается из водонераств�
Claims (20)
1. Многокомпонентный материал, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:
подложку и нанесенный путем печати слой на подложке, где нанесенный путем печати слой включает изменяющую цвет композицию, причем изменяющая цвет композиция содержит:
формирующий матрицу компонент;
краситель;
поверхностно-активное вещество; и
регулятор pH, где регулятор pH включает низкомолекулярную органическую кислоту и высокомолекулярную органическую кислоту.
2. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регулятор pH включает 1-20% низкомолекулярной органической кислоты и 1-20% высокомолекулярной органической кислоты.
3. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регулятор pH имеет отношение низкомолекулярной органической кислоты и высокомолекулярной органической кислоты в интервале от 0,02 до 50.
4. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что низкомолекулярная органическая кислота выбирается из молочной кислоты, аминокислоты, аскорбиновой кислоты, гликолевой кислоты, салициловой кислоты, винной кислоты, лимонной кислоты, этилендиаминтетрауксусной кислоты, тартроновой кислоты и малеиновой кислоты.
5. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что высокомолекулярная органическая кислота выбирается из полиакриловых кислот, полиметакриловых кислот и сополимеров, содержащих акриловые кислоты, метакриловые кислоты или как акриловые кислоты, так и метакриловые кислоты.
6. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирующий матрицу компонент имеет более 0,5 мас.% полярных атомов.
7. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирующий матрицу компонент выбирается из водонерастворимых образующих пленку полимеров и флексографического лака, включающего органический растворитель.
8. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водонерастворимый образующий пленку полимер выбирается из акрилат/акриламид сополимеров, полиуретановых адгезивов, метилцеллюлозы и сополимеров винилпирролидона и диметиламинопропилметакриламида.
9. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поверхностно-активное вещество включает заряженное поверхностно-активное вещество и нейтральное поверхностно-активное вещество.
10. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что красителем является индикатор pH.
11. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что красителем является полимерный краситель.
12. Многокомпонентный материал по п.10, отличающийся тем, что индикатор pH выбирается из бромкрезолового зеленого, бромфенолового синего и бромхлорфенолового синего, метилового оранжевого, тетрабромфенолового синего, этилового оранжевого, Конго красный, метилового красного и Аллюра красный AR.
13. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что изменяющая цвет композиция включает более одного красителя.
14. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой нетканый материал.
15. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что подложкой является полиолефиновая пленка.
16. Многокомпонентный материал по п.15, отличающийся тем, что полиолефиновая пленка включает карбонат кальция.
17. Одноразовое впитывающее изделие, включающее многокомпонентный материал по п.1 в качестве части наружного покрытия.
18. Многокомпонентный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанесенный путем печати слой формируется на подложке в виде одного или более рисунков, выбранных из полос, точек, геометрических фигур, фигур неправильной сложной формы, буквенно-цифровых знаков, антропоморфных изображений, графических изображений животных, графических изображений неживых объектов, персонажей мультфильмов, логотипов и торговых наименований.
19. Многокомпонентный материал, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:
подложку и нанесенный путем печати слой на подложке, где нанесенный путем печати слой включает изменяющую цвет композицию, причем изменяющая цвет композиция содержит:
от 20% до 95% формирующего матрицу компонента;
от 2% до 50% поверхностно-активного вещества;
от 0,1% до 10% красителя; и
от 0,1% до 20% регулятора pH, где регулятор pH включает низкомолекулярную органическую кислоту и высокомолекулярную органическую кислоту.
20. Одноразовое впитывающее изделие, включающее многокомпонентный материал, отличающееся тем, что многокомпонентный материал содержит: подложку и пленочный слой на подложке, где пленочный слой включает изменяющую цвет композицию, причем изменяющая цвет композиция содержит:
от 20% до 90% формирующего матрицу компонента;
от 0,5% до 5% красителя;
от 10% до 30% поверхностно-активного вещества; и
от 0,5% до 5% регулятора pH, где регулятор pH включает низкомолекулярную органическую кислоту и высокомолекулярную органическую кислоту.
