Abstract
1. Система управления электродвигателем, содержащая:модуль широтно-импульсной модуляции (PWM), который управляет переключением инвертора, который является источником питания двигателя, в которой модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе первого угла в первом режиме и второго угла во втором режиме;вычитающий модуль, который определяет разницу между первым и вторым углами;модуль снижения ошибок, который (i) сохраняет разницу при подаче команды на переход из первого режима во второй режим, и (ii) уменьшает величину сохраненной разницы до нуля; исуммирующий модуль, который вычисляет сумму сохраненной разницы и второго угла, при этом модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе суммы во втором режиме.2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая модуль формирования заданного угла, который формирует первый угол на основе заданной скорости.3. Система по п.2, в которой первый угол формируется, интегрируя заданную скорость.4. Система по п.3, дополнительно содержащая модуль ограничения скорости, который формирует заданную скорость путем ограничения изменения требуемой скорости.5. Система по п.1 дополнительно содержащая модуль оценки, который определяет второй угол на основе измеренных параметров двигателя, в которой измеренные параметры, включают, по меньшей мере, один параметр из измеренных токов и измеренных напряжений.6. Система по п.5, в которой модуль оценки определяет оцененную скорость, и в которой модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе оцененной скорости после перехода из первого режима во второй режим.7. Claims (19)
1. Система управления электродвигателем, содержащая:
модуль широтно-импульсной модуляции (PWM), который управляет переключением инвертора, который является источником питания двигателя, в которой модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе первого угла в первом режиме и второго угла во втором режиме;
вычитающий модуль, который определяет разницу между первым и вторым углами;
модуль снижения ошибок, который (i) сохраняет разницу при подаче команды на переход из первого режима во второй режим, и (ii) уменьшает величину сохраненной разницы до нуля; и
суммирующий модуль, который вычисляет сумму сохраненной разницы и второго угла, при этом модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе суммы во втором режиме.
2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая модуль формирования заданного угла, который формирует первый угол на основе заданной скорости.
3. Система по п.2, в которой первый угол формируется, интегрируя заданную скорость.
4. Система по п.3, дополнительно содержащая модуль ограничения скорости, который формирует заданную скорость путем ограничения изменения требуемой скорости.
5. Система по п.1 дополнительно содержащая модуль оценки, который определяет второй угол на основе измеренных параметров двигателя, в которой измеренные параметры, включают, по меньшей мере, один параметр из измеренных токов и измеренных напряжений.
6. Система по п.5, в которой модуль оценки определяет оцененную скорость, и в которой модуль PWM управляет переключением на основе оцененной скорости после перехода из первого режима во второй режим.
7. Система по п.1, в которой модуль снижения ошибок уменьшает величину предопределенным значением периодических интервалов.
8. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая модуль перехода, который управляет переходом из первого режима во второй режим, когда оцененная скорость двигателя больше предопределенной скорости.
9. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая модуль перехода, который управляет переходом из первого режима во второй режим, когда двигатель проработал дольше предопределенного периода.
10. Способ управления электродвигателем, содержащий следующие стадии:
управляют переключением инвертора, который приводит в действие двигатель на основе первого угла в первом режиме и второго угла во втором режиме;
определяют разницу между первым и вторым углами;
сохраняют разницу при подаче команды на переход из первого режима во второй режим;
уменьшают величину сохраненной разницы до нуля;
вычисляют сумму сохраненной разницы и второго угла; и
управляют переключением на основе суммы во втором режиме.
11. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий формирование первого угла на основе заданной скорости.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий формирование первого угла, интегрируя заданную скорость.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно содержащий формирование заданной скорости путем ограничения изменения требуемой скорости.
14. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий определение второго угла на основе измеренных параметров двигателя, в котором измеренные параметры включают, по меньшей мере, один параметр состоит из измеренных токов и измеренных напряжений.
15. Способ по п.14, дополнительно содержащий:
определение оцененной скорости; и
управление переключением на основе оцененной скорости после перехода из первого режима во второй режим.
16. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий уменьшение величины предопределенным значением периодических интервалов.
17. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий подачу команды на переход из первого режима во второй режим, когда оцененная скорость двигателя больше предопределенной скорости.
18. Способ по п.10, дополнительно содержащий подачу команды на переход из первого режима во второй режим, когда двигатель проработал дольше предопределенного периода.
19. Система управления электродвигателем, содержащая:
модуль управления, который управляет двигателем на основе первого угла выбега ротора в первом режиме и который управляет двигателем на основе второго угла выбега ротора во втором режиме;
модуль определения угла, который (i) определяет второй угол выбега ротора на основе сохраненной суммы и третьего угла выбега ротора и (ii) после выбора второго режима устанавливает сохраненную сумму в разницу между первым углом выбега ротора и третьим углом выбега ротора; и
модуль уменьшения величины, который уменьшает величину сохраненной суммы до нуля через ненулевой период после выбранного второго режима.
