Abstract
1. Способ изготовления бумажной обертки для курительного изделия, включающий стадии:подачи полотна основы;получения водного крахмального раствора, содержащего:- от около 25% до около 35% крахмала по весу;- от около 20% до около 30% противосморщивающего агента от веса крахмала; и- от около 30% до около 80% мела от веса крахмала; инанесения водного крахмального раствора на полотно основы в виде рисунка на единственной стадии печати.2. Способ по п.1, в котором водный крахмальный раствор нагревают до температуры в диапазоне от около 35°С до около 60°С (от около 100°F до около 140°F).3. Табачный стержень, содержащий:порцию табака;бумажную обертку, окружающую порцию табака; идобавочный материал, нанесенный на бумажную обертку в виде рисунка, причем добавочный материал содержит крахмал, мел и противосморщивающий агент,причем добавочный материал нанесен в виде водного крахмального раствора, содержащего:от около 25% до около 35% крахмала по весу;от около 20% до около 30% противосморщивающего агента от веса крахмала; иот около 30% до около 80% мела от веса крахмала.4. Табачный стержень по п.3, в котором противосморщивающий агент представляет собой пропиленгликоль.5. Табачный стержень по п.3, в котором указанный рисунок содержит по меньшей мере одну ленточную область, продолжающуюся по окружности вокруг табачного стержня.6. Табачный стержень по п.5, в котором ленточная область содержит разрыв размером от около 1 мм до около 2 мм.7. Табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-6, в котором бумажная обертка имеет проницаемость около 60 единиц CORESTA.8. Табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-6, в котором добавочный материал напечатан.9. Claims (15)
1. Способ изготовления бумажной обертки для курительного изделия, включающий стадии:
подачи полотна основы;
получения водного крахмального раствора, содержащего:
- от около 25% до около 35% крахмала по весу;
- от около 20% до около 30% противосморщивающего агента от веса крахмала; и
- от около 30% до около 80% мела от веса крахмала; и
нанесения водного крахмального раствора на полотно основы в виде рисунка на единственной стадии печати.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором водный крахмальный раствор нагревают до температуры в диапазоне от около 35°С до около 60°С (от около 100°F до около 140°F).
3. Табачный стержень, содержащий:
порцию табака;
бумажную обертку, окружающую порцию табака; и
добавочный материал, нанесенный на бумажную обертку в виде рисунка, причем добавочный материал содержит крахмал, мел и противосморщивающий агент,
причем добавочный материал нанесен в виде водного крахмального раствора, содержащего:
от около 25% до около 35% крахмала по весу;
от около 20% до около 30% противосморщивающего агента от веса крахмала; и
от около 30% до около 80% мела от веса крахмала.
4. Табачный стержень по п.3, в котором противосморщивающий агент представляет собой пропиленгликоль.
5. Табачный стержень по п.3, в котором указанный рисунок содержит по меньшей мере одну ленточную область, продолжающуюся по окружности вокруг табачного стержня.
6. Табачный стержень по п.5, в котором ленточная область содержит разрыв размером от около 1 мм до около 2 мм.
7. Табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-6, в котором бумажная обертка имеет проницаемость около 60 единиц CORESTA.
8. Табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-6, в котором добавочный материал напечатан.
9. Табачный стержень по п.8, в котором добавочный материал нанесен на стадии глубокой печати.
10. Табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-6, в котором указанный рисунок содержит по меньшей мере одну ленточную область, продолжающуюся по окружности вокруг табачного стержня.
11. Табачный стержень по п.10, в котором ленточная область содержит по меньшей мере два разрыва размером от около 1 мм до около 2 мм.
12. Табачный стержень по п.11, в котором разрывы разнесены друг от друга на расстояние менее чем около 25 мм.
13. Курительное изделие, включающее табачный стержень по любому из пп.3-12.
14. Курительное изделие по п.13, включающее фильтр, прикрепленный к одному концу табачного стержня.
15. Способ уменьшения тенденции к сморщиванию обертки с напечатанным рисунком на основе водного крахмала во время ее изготовления, включающий стадии:
уменьшения доступности несвязанной воды в операции печатания; и
противодействия тенденции несвязанной воды вызывать сморщивание, посредством противосморщивающего агента.
