Способ деструкции липидов и полифенолов путем одновременного воздействия ионизирующим излучением и температурой, отличающийся тем, что воздействуют на суспензию полифенолов в жидких или расплавленных липидах при температуре отгонки фракции метоксифенолов, а продукты разложения выводят из зоны воздействия методом газлифта.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что исходная суспензия содержит минеральные сорбенты и/или наполнители.3. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что режим газлифта осуществляют с помощью газообразных продуктов деструкции сырья, возникающих при облучении электронами с энергией 0,1-7 МэВ при мощности дозы выше 0,03 кГр/с.4.
