Abstract
1. Система дилатации евстахиевой трубы пациента, содержащая:катетер-проводник, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через носовой проход пациента и включающий дистальный конец, устанавливаемый в отверстии евстахиевой трубы пациента или рядом с ним, причем дистальная часть катетера-проводника включает изгиб под углом от 30° до 90°, и при этом дистальная часть является более гибкой по сравнению с проксимальной частью катетера-проводника;проволочный направитель, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через катетер-проводник так, чтобы дистальный конец проволочного направителя мог входить в евстахиеву трубу; идилатационный катетер, выполненный с возможностью продвижения по проволочному направителю и включающий дилататор, устанавливаемый внутри евстахиевой трубы с целью ее расширения.2. Система по п.1, в которой дистальная часть катетера-проводника является деформируемой.3. Система по п.1, в которой отверстие евстахиевой трубы содержит глоточное устье евстахиевой трубы, причем дилататор дилатационного катетера выполнен с возможностью установки в глоточном устье.4. Система по п.1, в которой проволочный направитель содержит освещаемый проволочный направитель.5. Claims (27)
1. Система дилатации евстахиевой трубы пациента, содержащая:
катетер-проводник, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через носовой проход пациента и включающий дистальный конец, устанавливаемый в отверстии евстахиевой трубы пациента или рядом с ним, причем дистальная часть катетера-проводника включает изгиб под углом от 30° до 90°, и при этом дистальная часть является более гибкой по сравнению с проксимальной частью катетера-проводника;
проволочный направитель, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через катетер-проводник так, чтобы дистальный конец проволочного направителя мог входить в евстахиеву трубу; и
дилатационный катетер, выполненный с возможностью продвижения по проволочному направителю и включающий дилататор, устанавливаемый внутри евстахиевой трубы с целью ее расширения.
2. Система по п.1, в которой дистальная часть катетера-проводника является деформируемой.

6. Система по п.1, в которой катетер-проводник выполнен с возможностью извлечения из организма пациента перед продвижением дилатационного катетера по проволочному направителю.
7. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая стент, выполненный с возможностью размещения внутри евстахиевой трубы.
8. Система по п.1, в которой дилатационный катетер имеет прилегающие к баллону боковые крылья для сохранения положения дилататора.
9. Система по п.1, в которой дилататор в наполненном состоянии имеет форму, соответствующую форме конического отверстия глоточного устья евстахиевой трубы (ЕТ).
10. Система по п.1, в которой дилататор выполнен таким образом, что поперечное сечение дилататора не занимает все внутреннее пространство евстахиевой трубы.
11. Система по п.1, в которой дилататор включает режущие элементы.
12. Система по п.1, в которой дилатационный катетер дополнительно содержит метку на стволе катетера для идентификации расстояния метки до проксимального конца дилататора.
13. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая конструкцию для нанесения по меньшей мере одного вещества на евстахиеву трубу при помощи дилататора.
14. Система по п.13, в которой дилататор содержит пористый баллон для доставки вещества.
15. Система по п.13, в которой дилататор содержит баллон с множеством игл для доставки вещества.
16. Система по п.1, в которой дилатационный катетер включает приспособления для приложения усилия к евстахиевой трубе для сохранения положения дилататора во время расширения.
17. Система дилатации евстахиевой трубы пациента, содержащая:
катетер-проводник, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через носовой проход пациента и включающий дистальный конец, устанавливаемый в отверстии евстахиевой трубы пациента или рядом с ним, причем дистальная часть катетера-проводника включает изгиб под углом от 30° до 90°, и при этом дистальная часть является более гибкой по сравнению с проксимальной частью катетера-проводника;
доставочный катетер, выполненный с возможностью продвижения через катетер-проводник так, чтобы разместить доставочный катетер внутри евстахиевой трубы; и
удлиненное устройство для доставки вещества, выполненное с возможностью продвижения в евстахиеву трубу при помощи доставочного катетера.
18. Система по п.17, в которой удлиненное устройство для доставки вещества представляет собой удлиненную струну, выполненную с возможностью выделения по меньшей мере одного вещества.
19. Система по п.18, в которой удлиненная струна выполнена с возможностью продвижения изнутри доставочного катетера.
20. Система по п.18, в которой удлиненная струна выполнена с возможностью отсоединения снаружи доставочного катетера.
21. Система по п.20, в которой удлиненное устройство для доставки вещества представляет собой баллон, выполненный с возможностью выделения вещества в течение некоторого времени.
22. Система по п.21, в которой баллон может быть отсоединен от доставочного катетера путем надувания баллона.
23. Система по п.22, в которой баллон выполнен с возможностью выравнивания давления в евстахиевой трубе.
24. Система по п.17, в которой удлиненное устройство для доставки вещества представляет собой расширяемый стент.
25. Система по п.24, в которой расширяемый стент выполнен с возможностью расширения в евстахиевой трубе.
26. Система по п.17, в которой удлиненное устройство для доставки вещества представляет собой удлиненную вставку, включающую удлиненный центральный элемент, соединенный с множеством ребер жесткости, причем каждое ребро жесткости соединено с удлиненным внешним элементом.
27. Система по п.26, в которой ребра жесткости обеспечивают и поддерживают открытые пространства в евстахиевой трубе для выравнивания давления.
