Abstract
1. Устройство отображения, содержащее:множество светоизлучающих элементов, причем каждый светоизлучающий элемент содержит светоизлучающий блок и схему запуска для запуска светоизлучающего блока,при этом схема запуска содержит по меньшей мерезапускающий транзистор, имеющий области истока/стока, область формирования канала и электрод затвора,транзистор записи видеосигнала, имеющий области истока/стока, область формирования канала и электрод затвора, иемкостной блок,причем в запускающем транзистореодна область из областей истока/стока соединена с соответствующей линией источника тока,другая область из областей истока/стока соединена со светоизлучающим блоком и с одним концом емкостного блока и образует второй узел, иэлектрод затвора соединен с другой областью из областей истока/стока транзистора записи видеосигнала и соединен с другим концом емкостного блока и образует первый узел,а в транзисторе записи видеосигналаодна область из областей истока/стока соединена с соответствующей линией передачи данных, иэлектрод затвора соединен с соответствующей линией развертки,запускающий транзистор сформирован внутри второго кармана проводимости первого типа, который сформирован внутри первого кармана проводимости второго типа на кремниевой полупроводниковой подложке проводимости первого типа,транзистор записи видеосигнала сформирован на указанной кремниевой полупроводниковой подложке проводимости первого типа, ауказанная другая область из областей истока/стока запускающего транзистора и второй карман электрически соединены друг с другом.2. Claims (4)
1. Устройство отображения, содержащее:
множество светоизлучающих элементов, причем каждый светоизлучающий элемент содержит светоизлучающий блок и схему запуска для запуска светоизлучающего блока,
при этом схема запуска содержит по меньшей мере
запускающий транзистор, имеющий области истока/стока, область формирования канала и электрод затвора,
транзистор записи видеосигнала, имеющий области истока/стока, область формирования канала и электрод затвора, и
емкостной блок,
причем в запускающем транзисторе
одна область из областей истока/стока соединена с соответствующей линией источника тока,
другая область из областей истока/стока соединена со светоизлучающим блоком и с одним концом емкостного блока и образует второй узел, и
электрод затвора соединен с другой областью из областей истока/стока транзистора записи видеосигнала и соединен с другим концом емкостного блока и образует первый узел,
а в транзисторе записи видеосигнала
одна область из областей истока/стока соединена с соответствующей линией передачи данных, и
электрод затвора соединен с соответствующей линией развертки,
запускающий транзистор сформирован внутри второго кармана проводимости первого типа, который сформирован внутри первого кармана проводимости второго типа на кремниевой полупроводниковой подложке проводимости первого типа,
транзистор записи видеосигнала сформирован на указанной кремниевой полупроводниковой подложке проводимости первого типа, а
указанная другая область из областей истока/стока запускающего транзистора и второй карман электрически соединены друг с другом.
2. Устройство отображения по п.1, в котором транзистор записи видеосигнала сформирован внутри третьего кармана проводимости первого типа, сформированного на кремниевой полупроводниковой подложке проводимости первого типа,
причем третий карман имеет одинаковый потенциал во всех светоизлучающих элементах.
3. Устройство отображения по п.1, в котором первый карман электрически изолирован в каждом светоизлучающем элементе.
