Abstract
1. Композит по п.1, в котором подложка содержит фторэластомеры, перфторэластомеры, гидрированный бутадиен-нитрильный каучук, каучук на основе сополимера этилена, пропилена и диенового мономера (ЭПДК), силиконы, эпоксиды, полиэфирэфиркетоны, бисмалеинимид, полиэтилен, поливиниловый спирт, фенолоальдегидные смолы, найлоны, поликарбонаты, полиуретаны, эластомерные сополимеры тетрафторэтилена и пропилена, железо, сталь, хромовые сплавы, хастеллой, титан, молибден или соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных компонентов.3. Композит по п.1, в котором слой связующего вещества имеет положительный или отрицательный заряд, слой нанонаполнителя имеет положительный или отрицательный заряд, не идентичный заряду слоя связующего, а подложка является нейтральной или имеет заряд, противоположный заряду слоя связующего.4. Композит по п.1, в котором подложка не обработана или обработана путем обработки в коронном разряде, обработки органосиланом или обработки грунтовкой на основе полимера.5. Композит по п.1, в котором слой связующего представляет собой положительно заряженный слой связующего вещества, содержащий полиэтиленамин, полиэтиленимин, сверхразветвленный полиамин, дендримерный полиамин, полиаминоакрилат, сополимер полиаминоакрилата или соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных полимеров; или в котором слой связующего представляет собой отрицательно заряженный слой с�
Claims (20)
1. Композит, включающий:
подложку;
слой связующего вещества, расположенный на поверхности подложки, и слой нанонаполнителя, содержащий нанографен и расположенный на поверхности слоя связующего напротив подложки.
2. Композит по п.1, в котором подложка содержит фторэластомеры, перфторэластомеры, гидрированный бутадиен-нитрильный каучук, каучук на основе сополимера этилена, пропилена и диенового мономера (ЭПДК), силиконы, эпоксиды, полиэфирэфиркетоны, бисмалеинимид, полиэтилен, поливиниловый спирт, фенолоальдегидные смолы, найлоны, поликарбонаты, полиуретаны, эластомерные сополимеры тетрафторэтилена и пропилена, железо, сталь, хромовые сплавы, хастеллой, титан, молибден или соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных компонентов.
3. Композит по п.1, в котором слой связующего вещества имеет положительный или отрицательный заряд, слой нанонаполнителя имеет положительный или отрицательный заряд, не идентичный заряду слоя связующего, а подложка является нейтральной или имеет заряд, противоположный заряду слоя связующего.
4. Композит по п.1, в котором подложка не обработана или обработана путем обработки в коронном разряде, обработки органосиланом или обработки грунтовкой на основе полимера.
5. Композит по п.1, в котором слой связующего представляет собой положительно заряженный слой связующего вещества, содержащий полиэтиленамин, полиэтиленимин, сверхразветвленный полиамин, дендримерный полиамин, полиаминоакрилат, сополимер полиаминоакрилата или соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных полимеров; или в котором слой связующего представляет собой отрицательно заряженный слой связующего вещества, содержащий поликарбоновые кислоты, соли поликарбоновых кислот, сополимер поликарбоновой кислоты или соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных полимеров.
6. Композит по п.5, в котором отрицательно заряженный слой связующего содержит полиакриловую кислоту, а положительно заряженный слой связующего содержит полиэтиленимин.
7. Композит по п.1, в котором нанографен образует производное для введения функциональных групп, включающих карбокси, эпокси, простой эфир, кетон, амин, окси, алкокси, алкил, лактон, арил, функционализированные полимерные или олигомерные группы или соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну из вышеуказанных функциональных групп.
8. Композит по п.7, в котором слой связующего содержит связующее вещество, которое образует связи между частицами с образующим производное нанографеном.
9. Композит по п.1, кроме того, включающий дополнительный нанонаполнитель, содержащий фуллерены, нанографит, нанографен, оксид графена, нанотрубки, наноалмазы, полисилсесквиоксаны или соединения, содержащие по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных компонентов.
10. Композит по п.9, в котором на нанонаполнители дополнительно наносят металлическое покрытие из Ni, Pd, Fe, Pt или сплава, содержащего по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных металлов.
11. Композит по п.1, кроме того, включающий многократно чередующиеся слои, состоящие из слоя связующего вещества и слоя нанонаполнителя.
12. Композит по п.1, в котором композит представляет собой изделие с покрытием.
13. Композит по п.12, в котором изделие представляет собой пакер, противовыбросовый превентор, торсионную пружину скважинного предохранительного клапана, мягкий резервуар устройства защиты двигателя скважинного насоса, устройство защиты датчика, насосную штангу (глубинного насоса), уплотнительное кольцо, Т-образное кольцевое уплотнение, уплотнительную прокладку, уплотнение вала насоса, заглушку труб, затвор клапана, уплотнение для электрического компонента, изолятор для электрического компонента, уплотнение для двигателя буровой установки или уплотнение для бурового долота.
14. Нанопокрытие для изделия, включающее
многократно чередующиеся слои, состоящие из
слоя, содержащего частицы нанографена с соотношением геометрических размеров, составляющим более или равным 10, и
слоя связующего, содержащего связующее вещество, причем нанопокрытие расположено на поверхности изделия.
15. Способ образования нанопокрытия на изделии, включающий
нанесение многократно чередующихся слоев, состоящих из
первого слоя на поверхности подложки, причем этот первый слой содержит полимерную композицию, и
второго слоя, содержащего нанографен, на поверхности первого слоя, напротив подложки,
в котором последовательно появляющиеся первые слои наносят на последовательно появляющиеся вторые слои.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором нанесение покрытия осуществляется наливом, центрифугированием, окунанием, распылением, послойным формованием или путем соединения этих способов, включающего по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором нанографен образует производное для введения функциональных групп, включающих карбокси, эпокси, простой эфир, кетон, амин, гидроксил, алкокси, алкил, лактоны, арил, функционализированные полимерные или олигомерные группы или соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну из вышеуказанных функциональных групп.
18. Способ по п.15, в котором нанографен расслаивают путем фторирования, включения кислоты, включения кислоты с последующей обработкой тепловым ударом или путем соединения способов, включающего по меньшей мере один из вышеуказанных.
19. Способ по п.15, в котором изделие представляет собой пакер, противовыбросовый превентор, торсионную пружину скважинного предохранительного клапана, мягкий резервуар устройства защиты двигателя скважинного насоса, устройство защиты датчика, насосную штангу (глубинного насоса), уплотнительное кольцо, Т-образное кольцевое уплотнение, уплотнительную прокладку, уплотнение вала насоса, заглушку труб, затвор клапана, уплотнение для электрического компонента, изолятор для электрического компонента, уплотнение для двигателя буровой установки или уплотнение для бурового долота.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором нанопокрытие на изделие наносят полностью или частично.
