Abstract
1. Устройство (2, 3), содержащее:соединительный блок (20-1, 20-2; 31) для разъемного присоединения устройства (2) к медицинскому устройству (1) для подачи лекарственного средства или для разъемной установки в него по меньшей мере части медицинского устройства (1), при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство является инъекционным устройством или инфузионным устройством, иодин или более оптических датчиков (25, 26) для определения информации, относящейся к состоянию и/или использованию упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), причем упомянутое определение содержит распознавание символов.2. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутая информация, относящаяся к состоянию и/или использованию упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), содержит по меньшей мере информацию о выбранной дозе лекарственного средства, которое должно подаваться упомянутым медицинским устройством.3. Устройство (2, 3) по любому из пп.1 и 2, в котором упомянутое медицинское устройство является шприцом для инъекций или инфузионным насосом.4. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутый один или более оптических датчиков (25, 26) содержат по меньшей мере один оптический датчик (25), выполненный с возможностью получения изображения части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), при этом упомянутое устройство (2, 3) выполнено с возможностью распознавания символов из упомянутого полученного изображения.5. Устройство по п.4, при этом упомянутое устройство дополнительно выполнено с возможностью захвата по меньшей мере двух изображений упомянутой части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомяну
Claims (22)
1. Устройство (2, 3), содержащее:
соединительный блок (20-1, 20-2; 31) для разъемного присоединения устройства (2) к медицинскому устройству (1) для подачи лекарственного средства или для разъемной установки в него по меньшей мере части медицинского устройства (1), при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство является инъекционным устройством или инфузионным устройством, и
один или более оптических датчиков (25, 26) для определения информации, относящейся к состоянию и/или использованию упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), причем упомянутое определение содержит распознавание символов.
2. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутая информация, относящаяся к состоянию и/или использованию упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), содержит по меньшей мере информацию о выбранной дозе лекарственного средства, которое должно подаваться упомянутым медицинским устройством.
3. Устройство (2, 3) по любому из пп.1 и 2, в котором упомянутое медицинское устройство является шприцом для инъекций или инфузионным насосом.
4. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутый один или более оптических датчиков (25, 26) содержат по меньшей мере один оптический датчик (25), выполненный с возможностью получения изображения части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), при этом упомянутое устройство (2, 3) выполнено с возможностью распознавания символов из упомянутого полученного изображения.
5. Устройство по п.4, при этом упомянутое устройство дополнительно выполнено с возможностью захвата по меньшей мере двух изображений упомянутой части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомянутого медицинского устройства (1) и распознавания только символов по меньшей мере одного из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух захваченных изображений, если никакое изменение между упомянутыми по меньшей мере двумя захваченными изображениями не обнаруживается.
6. Устройство по п.4, при этом упомянутое устройство дополнительно выполнено с возможностью захвата по меньшей мере двух изображений упомянутой части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомянутого медицинского устройства (1) и распознавания только символов по меньшей мере одного из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух захваченных изображений, если в пределах установленного периода времени не обнаруживается никакое изменение между по меньшей мере двумя из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух захваченных изображений.
7. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутое определение дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере частичный контроль расстановки во времени для последовательности применения упомянутого медицинского устройства.
8. Устройство (2, 3) по п.7, при этом упомянутое устройство выполнено с возможностью определения и/или дополнительной обработки упомянутой информации, только если упомянутая контролируемая расстановка во времени по меньшей мере частично соответствует установленной расстановке во времени для последовательности применения упомянутого медицинского устройства.
9. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, в котором упомянутые один или более оптических датчиков (25, 26) содержат по меньшей мере один оптический датчик (26), выполненный с возможностью захвата информации, характеризующей цвет по меньшей мере части (10) упомянутого медицинского устройства (1), или определения цвета по меньшей мере части упомянутого медицинского устройства (1).
10. Устройство (2, 3) по п.9, при этом упомянутое устройство (2, 3) выполнено с возможностью распознавания цвета упомянутой части (10) упомянутого медицинского устройства (1) из упомянутой захваченной информации.
11. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, при этом упомянутое устройство дополнительно содержит один или более акустических датчиков (27), причем упомянутые один или более акустических датчиков (27) содержат по меньшей мере один акустический датчик (27), выполненный с возможностью захвата звукового сигнала, создаваемого при использовании упомянутого медицинского устройства (1).
12. Устройство (2, 3) по п.11, при этом упомянутое устройство (2, 3) выполнено с возможностью захвата изображения упомянутой части, несущей информацию, или части, отображающей (13) информацию, упомянутого медицинского устройства (1) и/или выполнения упомянутого распознавания символов, только если полученный звуковой сигнал соответствует звуковому сигналу, создаваемому при установке дозы лекарственного средства, которое должно быть подано упомянутым медицинским устройством (1).
13. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, дополнительно содержащее блок (21) отображения для отображения информации, характеризующей по меньшей мере часть упомянутой определенной информации.
14. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, дополнительно содержащее интерфейс (28), выполненный с возможностью предоставления упомянутой определенной информации другому устройству (42, 42') посредством проводного или беспроводного соединения.
15. Устройство (2, 3) по п.1, дополнительно содержащее интерфейс (28), выполненный с возможностью приема информации, указывающей тип и/или дозу лекарственного средства, которое должно быть подано.
16. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее процессор (24) для определения предложения типа и/или дозы лекарственного средства, которое должно быть подано упомянутым медицинским устройством.
17. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее измерительный блок (29) для измерения по меньшей мере одного параметра, характеризующего состояние живого организма, в который должно быть введено лекарственное средство, подаваемое упомянутым медицинским устройством.
18. Устройство по п.1, в котором от пользователя упомянутого медицинского устройства требуется подтвердить упомянутую определенную информацию.
19. Устройство по п.1, при этом упомянутое устройство выполнено с возможностью определения упомянутой информации по меньшей мере частично из распознанных символов.
20. Система, содержащая медицинское устройство (1) и устройство (2, 3) по любому из пп.1-19.
21. Способ (500, 600, 700), содержащий этапы при которых:
определяют, основываясь на информации, захваченной одним или более оптическими датчиками (25, 26), информацию, относящуюся к состоянию и/или использованию медицинского устройства (1) для подачи лекарственного средства, при этом упомянутое медицинское устройство является инъекционным устройством или инфузионным устройством, причем упомянутое определение содержит распознавание символов, при этом упомянутые датчики (25, 26, 27) содержатся в устройстве (2, 3), которое дополнительно содержит соединительный блок (20-1, 20-2; 31) для разъемного присоединения устройства (2) к упомянутому медицинскому устройству (1) или разъемной установки в него по меньшей мере части упомянутого медицинского устройства (1).
22. Машиночитаемый носитель информации, имеющий, сохраненную на нем компьютерную программу (61), которая при осуществлении процессором (24) побуждает процессор (24) выполнять способ (500, 600, 700) по п.21.
