Abstract
1. Скользящее лезвие, устанавливаемое на барабане табакорезальной машины и выполненное в виде плоской пластины со скошенным краем, образующим режущую кромку, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая плоская пластина (1, 1') содержит на по меньшей мере одной своей поверхности группу продольных пазов (2, 2'), каждый из которых имеет глубину, меньшую или равную толщине упомянутой пластины, причем эти пазы ориентированы по существу перпендикулярно режущей кромке (3, 3') упомянутой пластины и размещены по существу параллельно друг другу, на расстоянии друг от друга и не менее двумя рядами (a, a', b, b' c, c' …), параллельными режущей кромке, при этом в следующих друг за другом рядах упомянутые пазы (2, 2') расположены таким образом, что продольная ось (X) каждого паза лежит на линии, расположенной между пазами соседних рядов.2. Лезвие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет V-образное поперечное сечение.3. Лезвие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет прямоугольное поперечное сечение.4. Лезвие по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что контур каждого паза (2, 2') на поверхности пластины имеет прямоугольную форму.5. Лезвие по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет глубину, равную толщине пластины.
Claims (5)
1. Скользящее лезвие, устанавливаемое на барабане табакорезальной машины и выполненное в виде плоской пластины со скошенным краем, образующим режущую кромку, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая плоская пластина (1, 1') содержит на по меньшей мере одной своей поверхности группу продольных пазов (2, 2'), каждый из которых имеет глубину, меньшую или равную толщине упомянутой пластины, причем эти пазы ориентированы по существу перпендикулярно режущей кромке (3, 3') упомянутой пластины и размещены по существу параллельно друг другу, на расстоянии друг от друга и не менее двумя рядами (a, a', b, b' c, c' …), параллельными режущей кромке, при этом в следующих друг за другом рядах упомянутые пазы (2, 2') расположены таким образом, что продольная ось (X) каждого паза лежит на линии, расположенной между пазами соседних рядов.
2. Лезвие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет V-образное поперечное сечение.
3. Лезвие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет прямоугольное поперечное сечение.
4. Лезвие по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что контур каждого паза (2, 2') на поверхности пластины имеет прямоугольную форму.
5. Лезвие по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что каждый продольный паз (2, 2') имеет глубину, равную толщине пластины.
