Abstract

1. Покрытое изделия с поддерживаемым стеклянной подложкой покрытием, включающим в себя:первый диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, на стеклянной подложке;отражающий ИК излучение слой, содержащий 54-58 мас.% Ni, 20-22,5 мас.% Cr и 12,5-14,5 мас.% Мо, над и в контакте с первым диэлектрическим слоем;барьерный слой, содержащий NbZr, над и в контакте с отражающим ИК излучение слоем;второй диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, над и в контакте с барьерным слоем; иверхний слой, содержащий оксид циркония, над и в контакте со вторым диэлектрическим слоем.2. Покрытое изделие по п. 1, при этом покрытие включает в себя только один отражающий ИК излучение слой, и при этом покрытое изделие используется монолитно.3. Изолированный стеклопакет, включающий в себя:покрытое изделие по п. 1; ивторую подложку, расположенную относительно упомянутой стеклянной подложки так, чтобы покрытие находилось на поверхности 1 или на поверхности 4 стеклопакета.4. Изолированный стеклопакет, включающий в себя:первое и второе покрытые изделия по п. 1,при этом первое и второе покрытые изделия ориентированы относительно одно другого так, чтобы покрытия на первом и/или втором покрытых изделиях находились на наружной поверхности стеклопакета.5. Покрытое изделия с поддерживаемым стеклянной подложкой покрытием, включающим в себя:первый диэлектрический слой на стеклянной подложке;отражающий ИК излучение слой, содержащий 54-58 мас.% Ni, 20-22,5 мас.% Cr и 12,5-14,5 мас.% Мо, над первым диэлектрическим слоем; ивторой диэлектрический слой на стеклянной подложке над по меньшей мере отражающим ИК излучение слоем.6. Claims (13)

1. Покрытое изделия с поддерживаемым стеклянной подложкой покрытием, включающим в себя:
первый диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, на стеклянной подложке;
отражающий ИК излучение слой, содержащий 54-58 мас.% Ni, 20-22,5 мас.% Cr и 12,5-14,5 мас.% Мо, над и в контакте с первым диэлектрическим слоем;
барьерный слой, содержащий NbZr, над и в контакте с отражающим ИК излучение слоем;
второй диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, над и в контакте с барьерным слоем; и
верхний слой, содержащий оксид циркония, над и в контакте со вторым диэлектрическим слоем.
2. Покрытое изделие по п. 1, при этом покрытие включает в себя только один отражающий ИК излучение слой, и при этом покрытое изделие используется монолитно.
3. Изолированный стеклопакет, включающий в себя:
покрытое изделие по п. 1; и
вторую подложку, расположенную относительно упомянутой стеклянной подложки так, чтобы покрытие находилось на поверхности 1 или на поверхности 4 стеклопакета.
4. Изолированный стеклопакет, включающий в себя:
первое и второе покрытые изделия по п. 1,
при этом первое и второе покрытые изделия ориентированы относительно одно другого так, чтобы покрытия на первом и/или втором покрытых изделиях находились на наружной поверхности стеклопакета.
5. Покрытое изделия с поддерживаемым стеклянной подложкой покрытием, включающим в себя:
первый диэлектрический слой на стеклянной подложке;
отражающий ИК излучение слой, содержащий 54-58 мас.% Ni, 20-22,5 мас.% Cr и 12,5-14,5 мас.% Мо, над первым диэлектрическим слоем; и
второй диэлектрический слой на стеклянной подложке над по меньшей мере отражающим ИК излучение слоем.
6. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, при этом отражающий ИК излучение слой контактирует с каждым из первого и второго диэлектрических слоев.
7. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, при этом каждый из первого и второго диэлектрических слоев содержит нитрид кремния.
8. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, дополнительно включающее в себя защитный верхний слой, содержащий оксид циркония, в качестве самого внешнего слоя покрытия.
9. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, дополнительно включающее в себя барьерный слой между и в контакте с отражающим ИК излучение слоем и вторым диэлектрическим слоем.
10. Покрытое изделие по п. 9, при этом барьерный слой содержит NbZr.
11. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, при этом каждый из первого и второго диэлектрических слоев содержит нитрид кремния, и при этом покрытие дополнительно включает в себя барьерный слой, содержащий NbZr и предусмотренный между отражающим ИК излучение слоем и вторым диэлектрическим слоем.
12. Покрытое изделие по п. 5, при этом покрытие включает в себя только один отражающий ИК излучение слой.
13. Изолированный оконный стеклопакет, включающий в себя покрытое изделие по п. 5, отделенное от другой подложки и связанное с ней.
