Abstract
1. Система, содержащая:по меньшей мере одно устройство автоматического управления, включающее в себя:вывод, сконфигурированный для обеспечения информации управления управляемому оборудованию;средство хранения данных;сетевой интерфейс; иконтроллер, соединенный с выводом, средством хранения данных и сетевым интерфейсом и сконфигурированный для обеспечения, согласно протоколу односторонней связи, передаваемой информации облачной службе через сетевой интерфейс, причем передаваемая информация включает в себя идентификатор упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления и описывает производительность упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления.2. Система по п. 1, в которой передаваемая информация включает в себя информацию, описывающую производственный процесс, выполняемый управляемым оборудованием.3. Система по п. 1, в которой контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован для:обеспечения пользовательского интерфейса через веб-сервер; иприема информации конфигурации через пользовательский интерфейс.4. Система по п. 1, в которой контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован для игнорирования информации, передаваемой от облачной службы.5. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая облачную службу, причем облачная служба включает в себя по меньшей мере одну компьютерную систему, сконфигурированную для:приема передаваемой информации из упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления; исохранения передаваемой информации в локальном средстве хранения данных.6. Claims (20)
1. Система, содержащая:
по меньшей мере одно устройство автоматического управления, включающее в себя:
вывод, сконфигурированный для обеспечения информации управления управляемому оборудованию;
средство хранения данных;
сетевой интерфейс; и
контроллер, соединенный с выводом, средством хранения данных и сетевым интерфейсом и сконфигурированный для обеспечения, согласно протоколу односторонней связи, передаваемой информации облачной службе через сетевой интерфейс, причем передаваемая информация включает в себя идентификатор упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления и описывает производительность упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой передаваемая информация включает в себя информацию, описывающую производственный процесс, выполняемый управляемым оборудованием.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован для:
обеспечения пользовательского интерфейса через веб-сервер; и
приема информации конфигурации через пользовательский интерфейс.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован для игнорирования информации, передаваемой от облачной службы.
5. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая облачную службу, причем облачная служба включает в себя по меньшей мере одну компьютерную систему, сконфигурированную для:
приема передаваемой информации из упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления; и
сохранения передаваемой информации в локальном средстве хранения данных.
6. Система по п. 5, в которой упомянутая по меньшей мере одна компьютерная система дополнительно сконфигурирована для обеспечения панели мониторинга через пользовательский интерфейс.
7. Система по п. 5, в которой упомянутая по меньшей мере одна компьютерная система дополнительно сконфигурирована для передачи сигнала тревоги после обнаружения данных, указывающих, что переменная, поддерживаемая упомянутым по меньшей мере одним устройством автоматического управления, перешла пороговое значение.
8. Способ передачи данных из устройства автоматического управления в облачную службу, причем способ содержит:
установку устройством автоматического управления связей с облачной службой; и
передачу устройством автоматического управления, согласно протоколу односторонней связи, передаваемой информации облачной службе, причем передаваемая информация включает в себя идентификатор упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления и описывает производительность упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором передача передаваемой информации включает в себя передачу информации, описывающей производственный процесс, выполняемый оборудованием, управляемым упомянутым по меньшей мере одним устройством автоматического управления.
10. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно содержащий:
обеспечение устройством автоматического управления пользовательского интерфейса через веб-сервер;
прием информации конфигурации через пользовательский интерфейс.
11. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно содержащий игнорирование устройством автоматического управления информации, передаваемой от облачной службы.
12. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно содержащий:
прием передаваемой информации из упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления; и
сохранение передаваемой информации в локальном средстве хранения данных.
13. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно содержащий обеспечение панели мониторинга через пользовательский интерфейс.
14. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно содержащий передачу сигнала тревоги при обнаружении, что переменная, поддерживаемая упомянутым по меньшей мере одним устройством автоматического управления, перешла пороговое значение.
15. Невременный считываемый компьютером носитель, имеющий сохраненные на нем последовательности инструкции для передачи данных из устройства автоматического управления в облачную службу, в том числе инструкции, которые будут побуждать по меньшей мере один процессор обеспечивать, согласно протоколу односторонней связи, передаваемую информацию облачной службе, причем передаваемая информация включает в себя идентификатор упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления и описывает производительность упомянутого по меньшей мере одного устройства автоматического управления.
16. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п. 15, в котором инструкции дополнительно инструктируют упомянутый по меньшей мере один процессор обеспечивать передаваемую информацию, включающую в себя информацию, описывающую производственный процесс, выполняемый оборудованием, управляемым упомянутым по меньшей мере одним устройством автоматического управления.
17. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п. 15, в котором инструкции дополнительно инструктируют упомянутый по меньшей мере один процессор устанавливать связи с облачной службой в ответ на обнаружение важного события.
18. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п. 15, в котором инструкции дополнительно инструктируют упомянутый по меньшей мере один процессор:
обеспечивать пользовательский интерфейс; и
принимать информацию конфигурации через пользовательский интерфейс.
19. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п. 15, в котором инструкции дополнительно инструктируют упомянутый по меньшей мере один процессор игнорировать информацию, передаваемую от облачной службы.
20. Считываемый компьютером носитель по п. 15, в котором инструкции дополнительно инструктируют по меньшей мере один другой процессор, осуществляющий исполнение в облачной службе, обеспечивать панель мониторинга через пользовательский интерфейс.
