Claims (9)
1. Модульная строительная система, выполненная с обеспечением возможности возведения каркаса здания из нескольких предварительно изготовленных модулей (1), устанавливаемых друг на друга по вертикали, при этом каждый из упомянутых модулей (1) состоит из деревянной каркасной конструкции, содержащей последовательность вертикальных стоек (2), отстоящих друг от друга на стандартное расстояние, вертикальные стойки (2) простираются по всей высоте между перекрытиями, и каждая из вертикальных стоек (2) стены на этаже N+1 установлена с упиранием торцом непосредственно в торец вертикальной стенки этажа N, при этом связующие компоненты (3, 30, 50, 20, 21), ориентированные поперечно относительно вертикальных стоек (2), и (или) связующие компоненты на элементах, установленных между вертикальными стойками (2), служат для удержания и связывания упомянутых вертикальных стоек (2).
2. Модульная строительная система по п. 1, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) связаны на нижней горизонтальной балке (3; 30), предназначенной для поддержания ригелей пола (4; 40).
3. Модульная строительная система по п. 1, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) связаны на верхней горизонтальной балке (50; 30), предназначенной для поддержания потолочных балок или стропил (5; 40).
4. Модульная строительная система по п. 1, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) выполнены поддерживающими потолочные балки или стропила (5) непосредственно.
5. Модульная строительная система, выполненная с обеспечением возможности возведения каркаса здания из нескольких предварительно изготовленных модулей (1), устанавливаемых друг на друга по вертикали, при этом каждый из упомянутых модулей (1) состоит из деревянной каркасной конструкции, содержащей последовательность вертикальных стоек (2), отстоящих друг от друга на стандартное расстояние, вертикальные стойки (2) простираются по всей высоте между перекрытиями, и каждая из вертикальных стоек (2) стены на этаже N+1 установлена с упиранием торцом в торец вертикальной стенки этажа N через посредство установленного между ними прокладочного элемента (6), выполненного с возможностью перенесения реактивных нагрузок и изготовленного из подходящего материала или из композита из нескольких материалов, выбранного из условия сохранения его механических свойств при воздействии напряжений от веса верхнего модуля или модулей, при этом связующие компоненты (3, 30, 50, 20, 21), ориентированные поперечно относительно вертикальных стоек (2), и (или) связующие компоненты на элементах, установленных между вертикальными стойками (2), предназначены для удержания и связывания упомянутых вертикальных стоек (2).
6. Модульная строительная система по п. 5, в которой прокладочный элемент (6), изготовленный из подходящего материала или из композита из нескольких материалов, выполнен в виде металлического листа или профиля.
7. Модульная строительная система по п. 5, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) связаны на нижней горизонтальной балке (3; 30), предназначенной для поддержания ригелей пола (4; 40).
8. Модульная строительная система по п. 5, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) связаны на верхней горизонтальной балке (50; 30), предназначенной для поддержания потолочных балок или стропил (5; 40).
9. Модульная строительная система по п. 5, в которой вертикальные стойки (2) выполнены поддерживающими потолочные балки или стропила (5) непосредственно.
