Claims (23)
1. Композиционная армирующая система, содержащая: носитель из множества волокон; и
отверждаемый под действием влаги преполимер, которым пропитан носитель и который образован по меньшей мере двумя реагентами, причем носитель пропитан каждым из по меньшей мере двух реагентов до их взаимодействия с образованием отверждаемого под действием влаги преполимера; первый реагент из по меньшей мере двух реагентов представляет собой изоцианат, и второй реагент из по меньшей мере двух реагентов представляет собой полиол, содержащий ароматическую группу.
2. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что изоцианат представляет собой полифункциональный алифатический изоцианат с функциональностью более двух, и полиол представляет собой полиол на основе сложного полиэфира с одной или более ароматическими группами в цепи.
3. Система по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более ароматических групп полиола на основе сложного полиэфира обеспечивает возможность пи-пи упаковки ароматического кольца.
4. Система по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что множество волокон содержит углеродные волокна, направленные, главным образом, под углом 0 градусов, и стекловолокна, направленные, главным образом, под углом 90 градусов, и при этом углеродные волокна составляют по меньшей мере примерно 70 мас. % носителя, а стекловолокна составляют не более примерно 30 мас. % носителя.
5. Система по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что изоцианат составляет примерно 50-90 мас. % смеси по меньшей мере двух реагентов, которые образуют отверждаемый под действием влаги преполимер, а полиол, содержащий ароматическую группу, составляет примерно 10-50 мас. % смеси по меньшей мере двух реагентов, которые образуют отверждаемый под действием влаги преполимер.
6. Ремонтный набор для армирования физической структуры, содержащий:
пакет, определяющий влагонепроницаемую емкость; и
композиционную армирующую систему по любому из пп. 1-5, расположенную в пакете, причем отверждаемый под действием влаги преполимер, после извлечения из пакета, выполнен с возможностью перехода в полностью отвержденное или затвердевшее состояние на физической структуре под действием влаги.
7. Ремонтный набор по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что изоцианат представляет собой полифункциональный изоцианат на основе изоцианурата.
8. Ремонтный набор по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что отверждаемый под действием влаги преполимер представляет собой полифункциональный алифатический изоцианат-функционализированный преполимер на основе изоцианурата с ароматическими фрагментами вдоль цепи преполимера.
9. Ремонтный набор по любому из пп. 6-8, дополнительно содержащий одноразовую пленку, присоединенную к множеству волокон посредством отверждаемого под действием влаги преполимера для предотвращения слипания соседних слоев волокон в рулоне препрега друг с другом.
10. Ремонтный набор по любому из пп. 6-9, отличающийся тем, что толщина носителя, пропитанного отверждаемым под действием влаги преполимером, в частично отвержденном состоянии по существу равна толщине носителя с отверждаемым под действием влаги преполимером в полностью отвержденном состоянии.
11. Способ получения препрега композиционной армирующей системы, включающий:
получение смеси по меньшей мере двух реагентов, химически выполненных с возможностью взаимодействия с образованием отверждаемого под действием влаги преполимера;
пропитывание носителя из множества волокон смесью по меньшей мере двух реагентов; и
во время нахождения в носителе обеспечение возможности взаимодействия по меньшей мере двух реагентов, которыми пропитан носитель, с образованием препрега отверждаемого под действием влаги преполимера, которым пропитан носитель.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что первый реагент из по меньшей мере двух реагентов представляет собой полифункциональный алифатический изоцианат на основе изоцианурата и второй реагент из по меньшей мере двух реагентов представляет собой полиол, содержащий ароматическую группу, на основе сложного полиэфира.
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что полиол, содержащий ароматическую группу, на основе сложного полиэфира, обеспечивает возможность пи-пи упаковки ароматического кольца.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 11-13, отличающийся тем, что один из по меньшей мере двух реагентов представляет собой лимитирующий реагент, регулирующий степень отверждения частично отвержденного состояния отверждаемого под действием влаги преполимера, и концентрация по меньшей мере лимитирующего реагента в смеси по меньшей мере двух реагентов регулирует процент изоцианата в отверждаемом под действием влаги преполимере на уровне 5-18 процентов.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 11-14, дополнительно включающий: нанесение пленки на одну сторону препрега; и
сворачивание препрега вокруг втулки с получением рулона препрега, причем соседние слои препрега в рулоне препрега разделены указанной пленкой, и
упаковку рулона препрега во влагонепроницаемый контейнер для ограничения отверждения преполимера, отверждаемого под действием влаги, во влагонепроницаемом контейнере.
