Claims (15)
1. Способ получения эластичной полиуретановой пены, включающий приведение во взаимодействие полиэфирполиола с пенообразующими реагентами с получением указанной полиуретановой пены, где: указанный полиэфирполиол имеет содержание скрытого альдегида по меньшей мере 50 м.д., и/или указанный полиэфирполиол может быть получен полимеризацией с раскрытием кольца алкиленоксида, имеющего содержание свободного альдегида по меньшей мере 200 м.д.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиол имеет содержание скрытого альдегида не более 500 м.д.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиол имеет содержание скрытого альдегида от 100 до 300 м.д.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что содержание скрытого альдегида включает ПА.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что содержание скрытого альдегида включает АА.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что содержание скрытого альдегида состоит из ПА и АА.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что содержание скрытого альдегида включает ПА в количестве от 100 до 200 м.д.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиол получен способом, включающий полимеризацию с раскрытием кольца ПО и/или ЭО, составляющего алкиленоксид, в присутствии композиционного катализатора на основе цианидного комплекса металла.
9. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что алкиленоксид имеет содержание свободного альдегида от 500 до 6000 м.д.
10. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что алкиленоксид содержит ПА в количестве от 500 до 3000 м.д. и АА в количестве от 200 до 3000 м.д.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что алкиленоксид содержит ПА в количестве от 300 до 800 м.д. и АА в количестве от 5 до 100 м.д.
12. Полиуретановая пена, которая может быть получена способом по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
13. Формованное изделие, содержащее полиуретановую пену по п. 12.
14. Применение полиэфирполиола, который имеет содержание скрытого альдегида по меньшей мере 50 м.д., и/или простого полиэфирполиола, который может быть получен полимеризацией с раскрытием кольца алкиленоксида, имеющего содержание свободного альдегида по меньшей мере 200 м.д., в производстве эластичной полиуретановой пены для изменения остаточной деформации при сжатии готовой пены.
15. Применение по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что изменение остаточной деформации при сжатии готовой пены включает уменьшение остаточной деформации при сжатии относительно такой же пены, полученной при таких же условиях с таким же полиэфирполиолом, за исключением того, что полиэфирполиол не содержит альдегида.
