Abstract

FIELD: clothing piece fastening device. SUBSTANCE: buckle has tubular rectangular hollow casing defined by side walls and inner and outer plates defining casing cavity for passing of belt through it. Pin-catch is extending along central axis of inner plate right end and protrudes from plate surface into buckle cavity. Recess is made in left end of inner plate for directed passage of belt end from buckle cavity and arranging it between leading end of belt and clothing. When belt is to be unfastened, it is pulled up from pin fastened position to unfastened position. Fastening and unfastening operations are performed instantly and automatically without need for feeling with hands. EFFECT: simplified construction and convenient usage. 1 dwg

Description

The present invention relates to the buckle of a clothing belt.

Until now, for quite a long time, ordinary buckles with a hole-and-clasp fastener prevailed widely in the world.

A consumer who wears such a buckle is forced to manually feel the buckle pin and eyelet (hole) of the belt in order to fasten them in the same way as he does with a button and buttonhole on clothes, and this happens every time when fastening and unfastening the belt.

A 44 B 11/20, 1931 г. These disadvantages are partially eliminated in the known from US patent N 1836678, CL. A 44 B 11/20, 1931 a belt buckle containing a tubular rectangular hollow inside the housing, formed by side walls and inner and outer plates defining a cavity in the housing, intended for the belt to pass through it, while at one, right, end of the inner plate along its central axis there is a pin-hook protruding from the plane of the plate into the buckle cavity, and in the region of the other, left, end of the inner plate, the initial part of the belt is attached. However, this buckle design does not allow the tail end of the belt to be located between the initial part of the belt and the clothes, thereby hiding it. In addition, the specified buckle is inconvenient to use, it is assumed that the user first feels the pin-hook manually.

The first objective of the present invention is the creation of a belt buckle in which its hook and eye of the belt would automatically engage in mutual engagement, which does not mean that the user feels them manually, thereby eliminating the aforementioned drawbacks inherent in known engagement means.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a belt buckle to facilitate fastening and unfastening the belt, both of which are done instantly by simply inserting the belt into the buckle and pulling it out of the buckle manually, while the tail end of the belt is located between the initial part of the belt and the clothes.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a belt buckle that facilitates daily life and activity, as well as work efficiency in offices and workplaces due to the easy and quick handling of the belt.

The drawing shows a side view of the cross section of the belt buckle.

The belt buckle contains a rectangular tubular hollow inside the housing 1, formed by the side walls and the inner 2 and outer 3 plates defining a cavity in the housing 1, designed to pass through the belt 4. At one, right, end 5 of the inner plate 2 along its central axis is made a pin-hook protruding from the plane of the plate into the cavity 6. In the area of the other, left, end 7 of the inner plate 2, the initial part 8 of the belt is attached.

On the left end 7 of the inner plate 2, a slot 9 is provided for discharging the tip of the belt 4 from the cavity of the buckle, made with the possibility of directional passage of the tip of the belt 4 and its placement between the initial part 8 of the belt and clothes.

The extremity 4 of the belt is placed in the cavity of the housing 1. The pin-hook 6, protruding on the inner plate 2, fixes the belt for one of its holes. The belt fits snugly in the buckle cavity, without being manually fixed by the user. The extremity 4 of the belt passes through the slot 9, deviating inward and not outward, thereby making it invisible.

When unfastening the belt, it is pulled up from the fastened position on the pin-hook 6 to the unfastened position, while fastening and unfastening the belt occur instantly and automatically, without problems with groping manually.

The use of buckles improves the usability.
