Description

The present invention relates to petroleum engineering and can be used in multistage centrifugal borehole pumps designed for pumping formation fluid.

[1]. A centrifugal pump is known in which the impeller is made up of a drive disk with blades. On the surface of the drive disk in the known device, a thickening is made in which trihedral recesses are formed [1].

Recesses on the impeller in a centrifugal pump of known design do not participate in the process of pumping the liquid, do not affect the flow structure of the pumped liquid or gas-liquid mixture, and therefore do not allow to improve the flow structure of the gas-liquid mixture in the presence of significant volumes of gas in the pumped mixture.

The device closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is a step of a multi-stage borehole centrifugal pump [2], comprising an impeller with a driving disk and blades located on it, as well as a guiding device with blades, the diameter of the outer edges of which is larger than the diameter of the lower guide disk apparatus, and on the edge of the upper surface of the driving disk of the impeller made recesses.

The known device, when used in multistage centrifugal pumps, provides an increase in pressure at low flows and an increase in the stability of characteristics when working with gas-containing liquid mixtures.

The disadvantage of such a step of a borehole centrifugal multistage pump is that, at a depth less than the thickness of the drive disk, the recesses on their outer edge have limited vortex formation in the recesses of the impeller and the amount of formation fluid involved in the vortex movement, the resistance of the outer edge of the drive disk is increased and smoothness is worsened when the reservoir fluid descends from the bottom of the impeller recesses, the dispersion of gas inclusions and the stage pressure in it is limited.

The present invention makes it possible to create a multi-stage borehole pump stage, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and thereby increase vortex formation in the impeller recesses, increase the amount of formation fluid involved in the vortex movement, reduce the resistance of the outer edge of the drive disk and improve smoothness when the formation fluid escapes from the bottom recesses of the impeller, to strengthen the dispersion of gas inclusions in it, to increase the pressure of the stage.

The above technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the step of a multi-stage borehole pump containing a guiding apparatus with vanes, the diameter of the outer edges of which is larger than the diameter of the lower disk of the guiding apparatus, and an impeller with a driving disk, on the upper surface of which there are recesses open with the upper surface of the drive disk, according to the invention, the bottom of each recess is made lying on a surface intersecting the lower surface of the drive disk in a line located from B master disc at a distance less than the outer radius of the master disc of the impeller.

In addition, the bottom surface of each recess of the impeller may be a section of a cylindrical surface or made flat. The side walls of each recess of the impeller can be made parallel.

It should be noted that on the lower surface of the lower disk of the guide vane, additional recesses can be made open from the lower and outer side surfaces of the lower disk. The side walls of each additional recess of the guide apparatus can be made parallel.

With this embodiment of the claimed device, in comparison with the closest technical solution, vortex formation in the recesses of the impeller is increased, the amount of formation fluid involved in the vortex movement increases, the resistance of the outer edge of the drive disk decreases, and smoothness decreases when the formation fluid escapes from the bottom of the impeller recesses, the dispersion of gas inclusions in it, the pressure of the stage rises.

на фиг. 1 - две установленные последовательно ступени, выполненные в соответствии с заявленным изобретением;

1. The stage of a multi-stage borehole pump (Fig. 1) comprises an impeller 1 and a guide apparatus 2. The impeller 1 is made with a driven disk 3, a driving disk 4, blades 5, an upper (in the working position of the pump) 6 and side 7 surfaces, a sleeve 8, designed for interfacing through a key with a common pump shaft (not shown). Channels are formed in the impeller, bounded by rigidly interconnected driven disk 3, blades 5 and the leading disk 4. The guide device 2 is made with the upper disk 9, the lower disk 10 and the blades 11, the diameter of the outer edges 12 of which is larger than the diameter of the lower disk 10 of the guide apparatus 2. The channels made in the guide apparatus 2 are formed by disks 9, 10 and vanes 11. The upper disk 9 is rigidly connected to the ring 13, the lower disk 10 (through the vanes 11) and the axle 14 connected to the impeller bushing 8. On the disk 3 and 4 are fixed a anti-friction thrust washers 15, made, for example, of PCB. On the upper surface 6 of the drive disk 4 (FIGS. 1, 2), recesses 16 are made open from the upper surface 6 of the drive disk 4. The bottom 17 of each recess 16 is formed lying on a surface intersecting the lower surface 18 of the drive disk 4 along a line 19 located from axis 20 of the drive disk 4 at a distance less than the outer radius of the drive disk 4 of the impeller 1.

The surface of the bottom 17 of each recess 16 of the impeller 1 may be a section of a cylindrical surface or made flat. The side walls 21 and 22 of each recess 16 of the impeller 1 can be made parallel.

In addition to the recesses 16 located on the driving disk 4 of the impeller 1, additional recesses 24 can be made on the lower surface 23 of the lower disk 10 of the guiding apparatus 2, open from the lower surface 23 and the outer side surface 25 of said lower disk 10. The side walls of each additional recesses 24 of the guide apparatus 2 can be made parallel.

During the operation of the pump, the reservoir fluid enters the channels of the impeller 1, driven by the pump shaft, and when the fluid flows through the channels of the impellers, a pressure of liquid is formed both due to centrifugal forces and due to the action of the impeller blades on the fluid flow. Next, the fluid enters the channels of the guide apparatus 2, in which an additional pressure is created and the flow is directed to the impeller of the next stage. After exiting the channels of the impeller 1, the formation fluid moves by the flow formed by the ring 13 of the guide apparatus 2 to the channels of the guide apparatus. In the process of moving the recess 16 of the rotating impeller 1, a toroidal vortex is formed, between the exit from the channels of the impeller 1 and the entrance to the channels of the guiding apparatus 2. Due to the formation of a toroidal vortex, the pressure of the step increases at low flow rates of the pumped liquid, and the liquid is effectively mixed with gas inclusions and dispersion of gas bubbles in the pumped liquid. In addition, with the described step execution, by reducing to zero the bottom thickness 17 in the area of line 19, therefore, increasing the depth of the recess 16 when approaching this line 19, vortex formation in the recesses of the impeller increases, the amount of formation fluid involved in the vortex movement increases, the resistance of the outer edge of the drive disk decreases and the smoothness of the formation fluid from the bottom surface of the impeller recesses improves, the dispersion (decomposition) of gas inclusions in the liquid increases, the pressure increases tupeni and stability.

With a cylindrical shape of the surface of the bottom of the recesses 16, a smoother flow of formation fluid is ensured than with a flat one, however, wear of the surface of the bottom of the recesses near the outer edge of the recesses becomes more intense. The execution of the side walls of the recesses 16 of the impeller 1 parallel improves the stability of the flow of reservoir fluid in the space of the recesses.

The recesses 24 formed on the lower disk 10 of the guiding apparatus 2 contribute to an increase in the intensity of fluid movement in the toroidal vortex and, accordingly, dispersion of gas inclusions in the gas-liquid mixture. Making the side walls of the recesses 24 of the guide apparatus 2 parallel and overlapping the recesses 24 of the lines 19 of the intersection of the bottom surfaces 17 of the recesses 16 and the lower surface 23 of the impeller 1 stabilizes this process.
