The invention relates to dermatocosmetology, and more specifically to cosmetics intended for the care of the skin of the body and face after exposure to ultraviolet light, artificial or natural, and is intended mainly for use after exposure to the sun or in a solarium.

Known cream for skin care containing a fat base of stone oil, confectionery fat and anhydrous lanolin, beeswax, pentol, methyl and propyl esters of paraoxybenzoic acid, perfume and water. The objective of the invention is to provide a dermatocosmetic agent with high biological antioxidant activity for the care of dry flaky skin after ultraviolet radiation.

The technical and cosmetic result of the invention consists in moisturizing the skin by using the effect of osmotic pressure due to the presence of urea salts and in exfoliating dead skin particles.

The technical result is achieved in that in a skin care cream containing vegetable oil, distilled monoglycerides, tocopherol acetate, perfume composition and water, olive oil, beeswax, demineralized water are used, and urea, PEG-400 stearate, glycerin are introduced into the composition , cyclopentasilicone, cetearyl alcohol, ethylhexyl stearate, mummy water-soluble antioxidant fraction, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Example 1

In a stainless steel tank equipped with a stirrer and an ultrasonic disperser, with continuous stirring, pour 800 ml of demineralized water. Then, water-soluble components are sequentially introduced: 0.1 g mumiye water-soluble antioxidant fraction, 5.0 g urea, 10.0 g monoglycerides, 15.0 g cetyl oleate, 0.1 g retinol acetate, 2.0 g cetearyl alcohol, 0.4 g of perfume composition.

Then, 5.0 g of olive oil, 5.0 g of wax, 0.15 g of tocopherol acetate, 0.001 g of cyclopentasilicone, 0.03 g of ethylhexyl stearate are successively introduced into a container with water-soluble components with stirring, and then the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion (ultrasonic vibration frequency 22 -25 kHz, duration 1-2 minutes).

Examples 2-8

The cream was prepared as in Example 1, except that the ratio of components and the content of biologically active substances were changed. The cream compositions of examples 2-8 are presented in the Table.

Clinical trials of the claimed cream were performed on patients (after obtaining informed consent) aged 45 to 60 years with aging skin of the face and neck, sensitive to external influences.

Example 9. Patient I.V., 37 years old, had abundant foci of small-scaled flaking on the skin of the elbows and knees. Applied the cream (with the composition according to example 5) twice a day for 10 days. Peeling has stopped completely.

Example 10. Patient A.O., 28 years old, there were extensive foci of peeling on the skin of the legs, buttocks and chest. I applied the cream (with the composition according to example 3) twice a day for 7 days, peeling foci regressed.

Example 11. Patient I.P.D., 55 years old, notes dry skin after sessions of UV radiation. Regular use of the cream (with the composition according to example 5) on the evening of the day of the procedure had a pronounced softening effect on the skin of the whole body.

Example 12. Patient K-s NP, 45 years old, there is dryness and a feeling of tightening of the skin after a session of UV radiation. I applied the cream (with the composition according to example 6) once a day every evening, after a shower. It notes a pronounced softening effect from applying the cream of the proposed formulation.

As a result of clinical trials, it was found that the cream does not irritate the skin and does not cause allergic reactions. The cream has a pleasant consistency, is evenly applied to the skin, quickly absorbed, does not leave a greasy sheen, has high organoleptic characteristics and pleasant perfume characteristics. The toxic effect of the cream on the general condition of the subjects was not noted.

Studies have shown that going beyond the declared amount of components in the direction of reduction leads to a deterioration in the keratolytic (exfoliating) and softening properties of the cream, going in the direction of increasing the number of components causes skin irritation.
