Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتركيبات الطلاء coating compositions لشفرات توربين الرياح wind turbine blades. تُعد التركيبات مفيدة على وجه التحديد كطبقات مُغلفة topcoats لشفرات الرياح wind blades ولحماية الحافة الأمامية Leading Edge Protection (LEP). ويتعلق الاختراع أيضا بشفرة رياح مُغلفّة بتركيبة طلاء من الاختراع وبطريقة لتطبيق تركيبة الطلاء وبطريقة لإصلاح و/أو استبدال طبقة الطلاء الموجودة على شفرة الرياح عن طريق تطبيق تركيبة طلاء من الاختراع. ويتعلق الاختراع أيضا بطقم من الأجزاء التي تشتمل على التركيبة الأساسية base composition وعامل المعالجة curing agent المستخدم في تركيبة الطلاء. وتشتمل تركيبة الطلاء المستخدمة لطلاء شفرة رياح على تركيبة أساسية تشتمل على استر بولي إيثر أسبارتيك polyetheraspartic ester له الصيغة (I) أدناه، حيث كل R تُمثل وحدة ألكيل alkyl بنائية بها C1-C10 خطية أو متفرعة، مثل وحدة ألكيل بنائية بها C1-C6 خطية أو متفرعة، مثل على سبيل المثال وحدة ميثيل methyl، أو إيثيل ethyl، أو بروبيل propyl أو بيوتيل butyl بنائية؛ وحيث X تكون عبارة عن بولي إيثر polyether. تشتمل تركيبة الطلاء كذ
