Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بعملية لإنتاج بروبيلين ومكون زيت وقود منخفض الكبريت، تشتمل على خطوات تلامس زيت خام تغذية ثقيل (1 َ َ) مع مذيب من أجل خطوة استخلاص للحصول على زيت منزوع الأسفلت وأسفلت منزوع الزيت؛ وتلامس الزيت منزوع الأسفلت واختيارياً زيت خام تغذية خفيف مع محفز تحويل حفزي (6 َ َ) لتفاعل للحصول على منتج تفاعل مشتمل على بروبيلين؛ وفصل منتج التفاعل للحصول على زيت مقطر لتكسير حفزي (10 َ َ)، وإخضاع الزيت المقطر للتكسير الحفزي إلى نزع كبريت بالهيدروجين (11 َ َ) للحصول على زيت مقطر مهدرج منخفض الكبريت، حيث يكون الزيت المقطر المهدرج منخفض الكبريت و/أو الأسفلت منزوع الزيت مناسب للاستخدام كمكون زيت وقود (12 َ َ). تسمح العملية بتحويل هيدروكربونات مشبعة في خام التغذية الثقيل إلى بروبيلين، وتستغني عن استخدام هيدروكربونات مشبعة في مكون زيت الوقود، وبذلك يكون لها فوائد اقتصادية واجتماعية أفضل. شكل 1.
