Abstract

A modular valve for connection to a container for fluids, particularly for diving equipment, comprises a tank insert (10) having a tank connection (12) arranged to be connected to the container. The tank insert also comprises at least two module connections, which are in communication with each other and with the tank connection via a first conduit circuit. The module connections also comprise a chamber (16a, 18a, 20a) in communication with the environment before assembly of modules. At least one module (100, 200, 300) is arranged to be connected to the tank insert. A valve having a simple design while being flexible regarding the configuration and functionality is provided by means of a second conduit circuit (32, 34) for fluid interconnecting the module connections.
