Abstract
An assembly for killing microorganisms, especially legionella bacteria, in warm tap water, includes a conduit (4) for supply of cold water. The conduit (4) leads the cold water to a first heat exchanger (1) for warming the supplied cold water, where the heat exchanger (1) on the other side cools the water from a primary circuit. A second conduit (5) leads the heated cold water to a second heat exchanger (2) for further heating, where the heat exchanger (2) on the other side cools the purified water to assure correct warm tap water temperature. Furthermore another conduit (6) leads the cold water that has been heated in two heat exchangers to a third heat exchanger (3) for further warming of the water, where this heat exchanger (3) on the other side cools the water from the primary circuit. The assembly is designed so that the water from the third heat exchanger (3) is spread into two streams, of which the first stream (8) is led through the second heat exchanger (2) for cooling and is mixed with the second (10) of the two streams in order to maintain the correct temperature for the warm tap water. The assembly also includes a connection (16) from the warm tap water circuit to the conduit (6) between the first and second heat exchangers (1, 2).<IMAGE>
