Abstract

A coupling device (6) has at least one coupling unit (7',7'') extended outwardly in an axial direction towards the pipe elements (2,3). Pipe elements has outwardly directed circumferential beads or flanges (4',4''). The coupling unit is arranged to engage the beads or flanges of two pipe elements on the exteriors (8',8'') to align and/or hold the two pipe elements during assembly. - Independent claims are also included for the following: - (A) a Pipe element coupling method; - (B) a use of assembly system; and - (C) an assembly system coupling device.
