Device which makes possible hands-free telephoning with two simultaneously open speech channels in a vehicle and can in addition be connected to stereo equipment, consists of a head cushion simply arranged on an existing head restraint. The unit consists of a framework and one or two loudspeakers, a moveable arm on the framework for a microphone, an electronics unit in the framework and connections to telephone and radio. The unit makes possible telephoning in two simultaneously open speech channels.
