Abstract
13 (2), primarily intended for a cab (l) The invention relates to a foldable front hatch including(6), of a heavy/commercial vehicle, an integrated foot stepsuch as a truck. The invention is achieved by that the hatch (2) comprises one supporting(6), where the supporting module/structure 9 is arranged module/structure (9) forming a foot step in its openposition,with a rigid design to carry all necessary weight of a(2), and by that the also is arranged to carry the driver/user standing on the hatchsupporting module/structure (9)(12) exterior module forming the outer surface of the hatch (2). (Figure 8)
Claims (10)
1. l. Fällbar frontlucka (2), vilken innefattar ett integrerattrappsteg (6), främst avsedd för en förarhytt (l) hos etttungt fordon/nyttofordon, såsom en lastbil, varvid nämnda lucka (2) innefattar en stödmodul/-struktur (9)som bildar trappsteget (6) i sitt öppna läge, varvidstödmodulen/-strukturen (9) har utformats med en styv designför att bära all nödvändig vikt hos en förare/användare somstär pä luckan (2), och varvid stödmodulen/-strukturen (9) även har utformats för attbära en utbytbar yttre modul (l2) som bildar luckans (2) yttreYta, kännetecknad av att stödmodulen/-strukturen (9) innefattar tvä ändsektioner (8a,b)som placerats ätskilt frän varandra med stödbalkar (lOa-c)anordnade däremellan, och varvid nämnda stödstruktur (9)fungerar som en guide för att installera den utbytbara yttremodulen (l2) och varvid nämnda yttre modul (l2) inte tillförnägot strukturellt stöd till luckan (2) och är avpassad föratt fästas vid stödmodulen/-strukturen (9) med klämmor eller skruvar när luckan är i sitt stängda/nedfällda läge.
2. Fällbar frontlucka (2) enligt patentkrav l,kännetecknad av atttre stödbalkar (lOa-c) har anordnats mellan ändsektionerna (8a,b).
3. Fällbar frontlucka (2) enligt nägot av föregäendepatentkrav,kännetecknad av att stödbalkarna (lOa-c) är framställda av metall.
4. Fällbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav, kännetecknad av att åndsektionerna (8a,b) har utformats med försånkningar (l4a-f) avsedda för stödbalkarna (lOa-c).
5. Fållbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav,kännetecknad av att åndsektionerna (8a,b) år framstålld/gjutna av plastmaterial.
6. Fållbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav, kännetecknad av att åndsektionerna (8a,b) år framstålld/gjutna av förstårkt polyamid, föredraget av PA66.
7. Fållbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav, kännetecknad av att åndsektionerna (8a,b) har utformats med ett ribbmönster (lö)för att öka styrkan och hålla sektionernas (8a,b) vikt så låg som möjligt.
8. Fållbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav, kännetecknad av att stödbalkarna (lOa-c) har framstållts av metall, såsom aluminium.
9. Fållbar frontlucka (2) enligt något av föregåendepatentkrav, kännetecknad av att stödbalkarna (lOa-c) har fästs vid andsektionerna (8a,b) med skruvar.
10. Fordon utrustat med en fallbar frontlucka (2) enligt nagotav patentkraven l-9.
