Abstract

The covering device accessory is for a vehicle door etc, sealing the edge (5) of an opening. It comprises a holder, pref. movable on the door, for a resilient body. A protective cover (15) fits. closely against the outside surface of the body, and works against a part (5A) of the opening edge. The cover is fixed to the body at points (16,17) spaced apart and can be moved clear to allow the seal (4) to work directly against the edge.
