Abstract

The invention relates to a method for rapidly cooling, keeping cool and heating foods and a device for implementing the method, by which the consumption of hot meals is made possible at any desired time. The aim of the invention is, by linking the rapid cooling, keeping cool and heating processes, to save labour and to reduce the costs and the space requirement. The object of the invention consists in providing a device, with which rapid cooling, keeping cool and heating are alternatively ensured without transfer. The essence of the invention is characterised in that the rapid cooling, keeping cool and heating processes are carried out in one working space.
