Claims (3)
1. Farfarande fir framstillning av en forening med for- mein (TIT): 9CH3 R.CH.CO.NH 1 I CO2R3 0 2---N van i R representerar en fUryl-, tienyl-, cykloalkyl-, cykloalkenyl- eller fenylgrupp eller en fenylgrupp substituerad med frdn 1 till 3 hydroxi-, halogen-, nitro-, C2_6-alkyl-, alkoxi-, amino- eller karboxigrupper; R3 representerar Vito, en farmaceutiskt acceptabel saltbildande jon eller esterbildande radikal annan in alkyl; och R4 representerar vdte, en farmaceutiskt acceptabel saltbildande ion eller en in vivo hydrolyserbar esterbildande radikal, k dnnetecknat dgrav, att man: (a) (i) hydrolyserar en 6a- IIIetexiketenimin ormeln (V): van i R representerar en furyl-, tienyl-, cykloalkyl-, cykloalkenyl- eller fenylgrupp eller en fenylgrupp substituerad med fran 1 till 3 hydroxi-, halogen-, nitro-, Cl_calkyl-, C1_6- alkoxi-, amino- eller karboxigrupper; CO2R1 representerar en forestrad a-karboxylsyragrupp; CO2R2 representerar en in vivo hydrolyserbar estergrupp, van i 132 in acyloxialkyl, alkoxikarbonyloxialkyl, lakton, tiolakton, ditiolakton eller CO2R2 representerar ett karboxylsyrasalt eller -anhydrid; och R3 representerar adte eller metoxi, med dat farbehdllet att RI dr annat in alkyl ndrrepresenterar metoxi, med ett dubbel- bindningsadditionsreagens; 2. omsgtter bildad produkt med en farening mdd formeln CH30M, van i M it en alkalimetall eller tallium; 3. hydrolyserar bildad produkt; 4. avlagsnar ev. karboxylblockerando grupper; och 5. ev. saltbildar eller forestrar ev. fri karboxylsyragrupp. OCH 3CH3 CH3 R-C.0 N o/ 0 c__,, o2R,co,.4 van i R R3 och R4 hat ovan angiven betydelse;
