Abstract

The invention relates to a regulation of temperatures, temperature differences or levels in refrigerant circuits in heat pump plants or refrigeration plants, preferably with a screw compressor, independently of the refrigerant used and of the operative range. Instability in the refrigeration circuit is thereby prevented, and the fluctuations of the evaporation end point no longer have a negative effect on the functioning of the regulation. Instead of the hitherto used thermostatic expansion valve, low-wear adjusting valves with two-point behaviour and high switching frequency are used as the setting members in the regulation circuit. <IMAGE>
