Abstract

The bark press has a water-permeable press surface (1) and one or more pressure rollers (2) fitted above the surface and being movable relative to it. The press rotation surface has a rotary axis (5) which is vertical. Separate points of the roller axis are held on a movement path perpendicular to the rotation surface axis. Bark to be dried presses one or more times through the gap between the rollers and the press surface.
