Abstract

The present invention relates to a bogie for the suspension of the coach body 1 of a railway vehicle, a railway vehicle incorporating the said bogie, as well as a process for producing an auxiliary suspension in the bogie of the invention. The bogie includes a system of pneumatic suspension membranes 3, 2 in combination with an antiroll bar 9, between a bogie 5 and the coach body 1, and it is characterised in that it includes, for the coach body 1, only one single auxiliary suspension point 7 which is disposed in the longitudinal median plane of the bogie 5 with an eccentricity e in the longitudinal direction with respect to the coach-body/bogie articulation point 11. <IMAGE>
