Abstract

The invention relates to a fastening arrangement 1 for anchoring in a predrilled hole 10, 23 in a building element cast in concrete or constructed from solid or perforated blocks 11, 22, which fastening arrangement can, by virtue of its design, be brought into engagement with the building element even if the predrilled hole meets a cavity in the building element. The fastening arrangement consists of a plastic sleeve 3 which is intended to interact with a screw and, in the mounted position, comprises closest to the hole opening a cylindrical portion 7 which merges with a first conical portion 8 formed by gradually decreasing material thickness, which is divided into flaps 16 and in turn merges with a second conical portion 9 formed by increasing material thickness, which constitutes a part of an expansion body 14 which is formed by the inner end portion of the sleeve 3 and is designed so as, when the screw 2 is tightened, to be drawn into the sleeve, the expansion body 14 pressing, in front of it, the flaps 16 into the sleeve, which flaps then form S-shaped loops which increase the expanding action of the body 14. <IMAGE>
