Abstract

The invention relates to a low-suction arrangement for mounting on the inlet part of a liquid pump. The arrangement comprises a ring 4 made of rigid material and a collar 8 made of flexible material mounted around the inlet part 2 so that the inlet openings 3 of the latter are screened. A very narrow gap remains between the lower part of the ring 4 and the surface 10, through which gas suction of the liquid takes place. <IMAGE>
