Abstract

A device for the reconditioning of bedding materials in stable comprises a mobile wheeled frame (1) carrying a rotatable drum (2), which includes a plurality of small holes (8) through which fine bedding materials - but not coarser animal droppings - may pass. The drum is open at opposite ends (9, 10) in order to permit the throwing in of an unsorted mixture of bedding materials and droppings in a frontal end, distanced from the frame (1), as well as permit feeding out of droppings separated from the bedding materials at the opposite, rear end. A driving source arranged for driving the drum consists of a motor (20) having an energy supply source (22) accompanying the frame (1).
