Abstract

The mating rods (11, 12, 13) of a telescopic curtain rod have a C-profile with inwardly bent edges (14, 15) which make the rods stiff and provides an arched surface on which curtain supports (20) can slide. Some of the rods have a portion with parallel slots (30) in their back, which permits the rod to be bent towards its back (16). Only a few elements will provide for a great versatility in curtain rod arrangements.
