Description

The invention relates to regenerative heat exchangers and can be used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as in refrigeration equipment. Nozzles of regenerative heat exchangers made of Clij metal mesh are known. The disadvantage of these nozzles is their low heat storage capacity, as they accumulate only efficiently heat carrier heat is hidden, and heat is hidden. When condensation of water vapor from the heat carrier is released, the water evaporates along with the condensate to be removed. In addition, if the regenerative heat exchanger operates at negative supply air temperatures, freezing of the nozzle is possible, which significantly impairs heat transfer. The closest to the technical essence and achievable result to the proposed is a pellet of a regenerative heat exchanger containing a core made of metal high heat capacity and sorbent 20. However, the nozzle is known. It has insufficiently high heat exchange properties, so Kak sorbent covering the entire surface of the metal The core has a relatively low thermal conductivity. Although the thickness of its layer is small, it prevents the transfer of heat from the surface of the nozzle to the metal core. The aim of the invention is to intensify heat exchange. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a granule of a nozzle of a regenerative heat exchanger containing a core made of metal with high heat capacity and a sorbent, in the outer part of the core there are grooves, mainly in the form of apny channels filled with a sorbent. The drawing shows a granule nozzles regenerative heat exchanger, the cut. The granule of the nozzle of the regenerative heat exchanger contains a core 1 made of metal with a high heat capacity. Notches 2 are made in the outer part of the core, mainly in the form of radial channels filled with a sorbent. During the operation of the regenerative heat exchanger, heated air passes through the nozzle and is cooled, and moisture condenses on the surface of the nozzle granules. When this occurs, the transfer of heat from the coolant to the surface of the granules. This heat is transferred from the surface to the center of the granules mainly due to the heat conduction of the metal from which the core of the granule is made, since the thermal conductivity of the sorbent is much lower. Moisture condensed on the surface is absorbed by the sorbent. This allows to reduce the temperature of the surface of the granules by more uniform distribution of heat over its depth and to maintain a sufficiently high difference in temperature between the surface of the nozzle and the flow of the coolant and thereby intensify the heat exchange. In addition, the sorption head allows the heat exchanger to be used at lower supply air temperatures, since the condensed moisture is absorbed by the sorbent, and the ice that clogs the channels for the passage of heat transfer media does not turn.
