Description

Изобретение относитс  к способам изготовлени  биметаллических пластин , нанример, коллекторных, путем автоматической электродуговон наплавки меди под флюсом па кромку стальной полосы с применепием формующих пластин дл  нолучени  наплавки требуемой формы п размера. В пзвестных способах изготовлени  такого рода пластин предусматриваетс  установка формующих пластин перед наплавкой и сн тие их после окончани  наплавки, что снижает производительность и преп тствует организации непрерывного процесса наплавки. Дл  устранени  этого недостатка предлагаетс , согласно изобретению , выполнить формующие пластины в виде неподвижных направл ющих дл  движущейс  стальной полосы, на которую производитс  наплавка.The invention relates to methods for manufacturing bimetallic plates, nanometer, collector plates, by automatic electric arc welding of copper under the flux on the edge of a steel strip with the use of forming plates for obtaining the desired size and size of surfacing. Электродна  проволока 3 из меди автоматически подаетс  в зону горени  дуги. Наплавка ведетс  под флюсом 4, заполн ющим пространство между выступающими концами формующих пластин.
