Abstract
БИОПРОТЕЗ СЕРДЕЧНОГО КЛАПАНА , содержащий каркас в виде кольца, обшивку, манжету, створки из биологического материала с комиссурами и размещенные на кольце каркаса под углом к плоскости кольца гибкие плавно закругленные опоры комиссур, отлич ающийс тем, что, с целью повышени надежности работы клапана путем уменьшени возможности пролапса створок и поломки опор комиссур, кольцо каркаса выполнено жестким и снабжено ограничител ми перемещений опор комиссур, выполненными в виде жестких зубьев, при этом угол между плоскостью каждого зуба и плоскостью кольца меньше угла установки опор комиссур. / Фае. 1
Description
Изобретение относитс к области медицины, а именно к устройствам дл протезировани клапанов сердца.
Известен биопротез сердечного клапана, содержащий каркас с жесткими опорами комиссур, соединительное кольцо, манжету и створки из биологического материала ll .
Недостатком известного биопротеза вл етс то, что отсутствие возможности заметного изгиба опор комиссур приводит к возникновению значительных напр жений в створках при закрытии клапана, что уменьшает долговечность биопротеза,
Известен также бИопротез сердечного клапана, содержащий каркас в виде кольца, обшивку, манжету, створки из биологического материала с комиссурами и размещенные на кольце каркаса под углом к плоскости кольца гибкие плавно закругленные опоры комиссур 2J .
Недостатком этого биопротеза вл етс то, что при изменении давлени крови возможен пролапс створок клапана и поломка опор комиссур, что приводит к снижению надежности работы биопротеза клапана сердца.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности работы клапана путем уменьшени возможности пролапс створок и поломки опор комиссур.
Указанна цель д.стигаетс тем, что кольцо каркаса выполнено жестКИМ и снабжено ограничител ми перемещений опор комиссур, выполненными в виде жестких зубьев, при этом угол между плоскостью каждого зуба и плоскостью кольца меньше угла уста новки опор комиссур.
На фиг, 1 изображен каркас биопротеза без обшивки; на фиг, 2 общий вид биопротеза в разрезе.
Биопротез сердечного клапана содержит раму 1 с гибкими плавно закругленными опорами 2, 3 и 4 комиссур, каркас 5 в виде соединительного , жесткого кольца, обшивку 6 и манжету 7, при этом соединительное кольцо снабжено расположенными внутри рамы 1 напротив гибких плавно закругленных опор 2 3 и 4 зубчатыми жесткими ограничител ми 8, 9 и 10 перемещений с возможностью изгиба гибких опор 2, 3 и 4 в пределах упругой деформации материала рамы 1, К обшивке 6 прикреплены створки 11 из биологического материала.
Биосинтез сердечного клапана работает следующим образом: при возникновении избыточного давлени перед клапаном створки 11 открываютс , обеспечива свободный ток крови, а при избыточном давлении за клапаном створки 11 смыкаютс , перекрыва ее ток, при этом гибкие плавно закругленные опоры 2, 3 и 4 изгибаютс до соприкосновени с зубчатыми жесткими ограничител ми перемещений 8, 9 и 10, что обеспечивает плавное нагружение и снижение напр жений в створках биосинтеза клапана сердца, Ограничители 8, 9 и 10 установлены так, что гибкие опоры 2, 3 и 4 изгибаютс в пределах упругой деформации материала рамы.
Биопротез сердечного клапана характеризуетс повьшенной надежностью , так как конструкци биопротеза обеспечивает демпфирование удар ных напр жений при закрытии клапана при одновременном уменьшении возможности пролапса створок и поломки опор комиссур вследствие того, что при работе биопротеза опоры изгибаютс только в пределах упругой деформации.

- БИОПРОТЕЗ СЕРДЕЧНОГО КЛАПАНА, содержащий каркас в виде кольца, обшивку, манжету, створки из биологического материала с комиссурами и размещенные на кольце каркаса под углом к плоскости кольца гибкие плавно закругленные опоры комиссур, отлич ающийс я тем, что, с целью повышения надежности работы клапана путем уменьшения возможности пролапса створок и поломки опор комиссур, кольцо каркаса выполнено жестким и снабжено ограничителями перемещений опор комиссур, выполненными в виде жестких зубьев, при этом угол между плоскостью каждого зуба и плоскостью кольца меньше угла установки опор комиссур.Фиг. 1
