УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОРИЕНТИРОВАНИЯ ЦИЛИНДРИЧЕСКИХ ТЕЛ по авт. св. № 545542, отличающеес тем, что, с целью повышени надежности ориентировани путем обеспечени удалени несориентированных цилиндрических тел с вибролотка , по длине последнего выполнены продольные пазы, перед которыми со стороны транспортера установлены рассекатели, при этом ширина каждого рассекател больше ширины паза. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности ориентировани путем обеспечени удалени несориентированиых цилиндрических тел с вибролотка.The purpose of the invention is to improve the orientation reliability by ensuring that non-oriented cylindrical bodies are removed from the vibrating channel.

Устройство дл ориентировани цилиндрических тел содержит механизм 1 отвода цилиндрических тел, наклонный вибролоток 2, рассекатель 3 и вибратор 4. Под вибролотком расположен приемный бункер 5. Вдоль вибролотка 2 выполнены продольные пазы 6, ширина которых больше длины цилиндрических тел, но меньше ширины рассекателей . На вибролотке 2 несориентированные цилиндрические тела 7 и сориентированные цилиндрические тела 8 подаютс транспортером 9 из бункера 10.The device for orienting cylindrical bodies comprises a mechanism 1 for discharging cylindrical bodies, an inclined vibratory channel 2, a divider 3 and a vibrator 4.
