The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of use of welding materials and electricity. The seam is made as close as possible to an equally strung length. The maximum loaded areas of the seam are made with a depth of penetration, making it possible to absorb the maximum stresses arising in the seam. Other weld sections are made with a penetration depth, directly proportional to the penetration depth of the maximum loaded weld sections and inversely proportional to the length of this weld section and the degree of unevenness in the distribution of stresses in a short weld. The result is an equal strength seam with the lowest cost of welding materials and energy. 5 il.

Description

Изобретение относитс  к технике сварки , а именно к сварным соединени м короткими швами, имеющими широкое применение в различных отрасл х промышленности .This invention relates to a welding technique, in particular to welded joints with short seams, which are widely used in various industries.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of use of welding materials and electricity.

FIG. 1-3 illustrate possible embodiments of the method; in fig. 4 is a section A-A in FIG. 1-3; Fig. 5 shows the load distribution diagram in the seam.

The weld is made as close as possible to a uniformly wired length, i.e. corresponding to the distribution diagram of the workload in the seam, and the ends of the seam are made with

1), а среднюю часть длиной I выполн ют с глубиной проплавлени  h, величина которой учитывает степень неравномерности в распределении касательных напр жений по длине шваthe penetration depth H, which makes it possible to absorb the maximum stresses arising in the seam, i.e. take the main part of the load P (Fig. 1), and the middle part of length I is performed with the penetration depth h, the value of which takes into account the degree of unevenness in the distribution of tangential stresses along the length of the seam

а площадь средней части шва выразить как I -h, то они должны соответствовать следующей зависимости:and the area of the middle part of the seam should be expressed as I -h, then they should correspond to the following dependence:

Since the area F is directly proportional to the penetration depth H, the penetration depth h in the middle part of the weld is directly proportional to the penetration depth H of the end sections of the weld and inversely proportional to the length of the middle part of the weld I and the degree of non-uniformity V in the distribution of tangential stresses along the length seam. In other words, as the penetration depth H of the weld end sections increases, which makes it possible to perceive the main part of the load P, the penetration depth h of the weld mid section also increases, but its size is smaller, the longer the middle portion I (provided that the end sections changes) and, accordingly, the degree of non-uniformity of V in the distribution of stresses along the length of the seam.

Thus, taking into account this dependence, it becomes possible to save welding materials and, accordingly, the electric power required for the formation of this part of the weld when forming the middle part of the weld. The ends of the seam, where the load is maximum, can be performed in the form of a point.

The required point diameter is determined as follows. From the load distribution plot in the seam (Fig. 5), it can be seen that beyond the a-a line, the forces P are larger than Pcr, therefore, for the calculation, we assume that the maximum forces Pmax are acting on these segments of the seams
