Device includes a delay line, a gating unit, one input of which is connected to the clock pulses bus, a pulse duration generator, the input and the output of which are connected to the output of the delay line and the second input of the gating unit, herewith the pulse duration generator is made in the form of a delayed pulse leading edge identification unit, the input of which is the generator input; a clock pulse rear edge identification unit, the input of which is connected to the clock pulses bus, and a trigger, inputs of which are connected to outputs, respectively, of the delayed pulse leading edge identification unit and the clock pulse rear edge identification unit, while the trigger output is the output of the generator.EFFECT: technical result is the increase of resolution.1 cl, 2 dwg
