Description

Цель насто щего приспособлени  заключаетс  в приготовлении машинным способом скважин дл  бетонных свай или дл  других целей и машинным способом беспрерывного их трамбовани . На фиг. 1 и 2 приспособление изображено в двух вертикальных проэкци х на плоскости, взаимно перпендикул рные . Приспособление состоит из цельной или составной трубы А, состо щей из одного или нескольких колен одинаковой или разной длины, соединенных между собой при помощи муфт В, В, с винтовой нарезкой на внутреннем канале муфт и на концах, соедин емых колен. Длина и диаметр трубы А берутс  в зависимости от желаемой длины и толщны сваи, которые устанавливаютс  расчетом. Внутри трубы А на вертикальном валу D с продольной шпонкой расположена винтообразна  поверхность С, приводима  во вращение от двигател  ЕК при помощи конических колес L, L. Шкив К и конические колеса укреплены на верху рамы копра М. Копер М укреплен на раме N вместе с двигателем, привод щим вал D и винтовую поверхность С во вращение. Дл  производства работы по образованию сква:жины, привод т винтовую поверхность С во вращение, вследствие чего она начинает ввинчиватьс  в землю, увлека  с собой и трубу А. После некоторого углублени  в землю трубы А, дальнейшее ее углубление останавливаетс  при помощи сжимов Р, вследствие чего вращающа с  лента С начнет поднимать по трубе грунт вверх, который выбрасываетс  из трубы и убираетс  в сторону. Когда весь грунт будет выбран из трубы, отпускают сжимы/, и труба снова пойдет вниз за винтом, углубл ющимс  в почву, и работа повтор етс  до тех пор, пока труба не опуститс  до желаемой глубины. По очистке трубы от почвы, винтовую поверхность С вынимают из трубы вместе с башмаком Qnpn чем трубу заполн ют бетоном при одновременном вынимании трубы из скважины. Подем трубы и бетонирование производитс  механическим способом, дл  чего пускают двигатель Е обратным ходом и забрасывают через верхнее отверстие трубы подготовленную массу бетона, котора , вращением винтовой поверхности , увлекаетс  вниз и прессуетс  винтом С. По мере подачи бетона труба А при помощи тали и рычагов вынимаетс  из почвы, а бетонна  сва  остаетс  в почве. ПРЕДМЕТ ПАТЕНТА. Приспособление дл  изготовлени  в грунте бетонных свай с употреблением обсадных труб, отличающеес  применением помещенного в обсадной трубе А бесконечного винта С, вал D которого, вращаемый от привода, снабжен длинной щпонкой дл  продольного перемещени , вследствие чего при ввинчивании в грунт винт увлекает в последний обсадную трубу до упора в поверхность грунта надетого на трубу сжима Р, после чего дальнейщее врищение винта производит подн тие фунта в трубе, остающейс  неподвижною и, наконец, вращение винта в обратную сторону во врем  наполнени  трубы бетоном имеет целью уплотнение последнего и подем самой трубы.The purpose of this adaptation is to machine wells for concrete piles or for other purposes and to machine them for continuous tamping.
