СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ПОЛЯРОИДНЫХ ФИЛЬТРОВ Известен способ изготовлени пол роидных фильтров из поливиниловой пленки. Предлагаемый способ отличаетс от известного тем, Что фильтр заклеивают между двум имеющими частично гидролизованную поверхность ацетатными пленками. Это дает возможность защитить фильтр от механических воздействий. По предложенному способу дл получени гидролизованной поверхности ацетатной пленки последнюю погружают в 35о/гный раствор едкого натра на 5--10 мин, после чего пленку тщательно промывают проточной водой. Влажную пленку погружают в 1-2 /о-ный водный раствор поливинилового спирта, затем вынимают и сушат на воздухе в вертикально подвешенном состо нии. Склейка производитс клеем следующего состава: вода дистиллированна 80 CMS метанол40 см поливиниловый спирт1 г Клей нанос т тонким слоем на две ацетатные пленки с подслоем (на каждую с одной стороны), после чего между этими пленками заклеивают поливиниловую пол роидную пленку, путем пропускани всех трех пленок вместе между вальцами, валки которых покрыты м гкой резиной и прижимаютс друг к другу действием пружины. Склеенные пленки сушат на воздухе в течение двух суток. В результате склейки получают прочно заклеенную между защитными пленками гибкую пол роидную пленку, из которой можно вырезать готовые пол роидные фильтры любой формы и размеров. The subject of the invention is a method of making polyoid filters made of polyvinyl film, characterized in that, in order to protect the filter from mechanical effects, it is glued between two partially hydrolyzed surface acetate films.
