Description
Изобретение относитс к способу получени высокошелочной сульфонатной присадки , предназначенной дл моторных масел, в гом числе масел, примен емых на двигател х , работающих на сернистом топливе. Известен способ получени высокошелочной сульфонатной присадки путем обработки нейтральных сульфонатов гидроокисью щелочноземельных металлов и углекислым газом в присутствии фенола в качестве промотора . Однако получаема присадка не обладает , достаточно высоким резервом щелочности . Нейтрализующие и диспергирующие свойства этой присадки также не очень высоки. С целью устранени указанных недостатков в качестве промотора используют высокомолекул рные синтетические жирные кислоты (СЖК), ч одержащие число углеродных атомов от Cj7 , Cjt и выше. Эти кислоты ввод тс в количестве от 5 до 25 вес.% в зависимости от степени сульфировани минерального масла,, использованного дл получени нейтрального сульфона- та. В качестве последнего могут быть ис- пользованы сульфонатные присадки типа СК, СБ и др. Подучаемые предлагаемым способом присадки имеют щелочное число 175-250 мг КОН/Г. В стекл нную колбу, снабженную перемешивающим; устройством, загружают 1ОО г нейтрального сульфоната, 5О г СЖК и 150 г масла - растворител . Смесь нагре-. вают до 70 С. При этой температуре в виде водной суспензии подают 50 г гидроокиси кальци . Все перемешивают в течение 1 ч. Карбонизацию (подачу в реакционную смесь СОо ) провод т при 85-88 С в течение 1,5 ч. Дл удалени реакционной воды в смесь добавл ют 1ОО мл ксилола. По окончании карбонизации продукт нагревают до 120 С дл удалени из него воды и растворител . Очистку присадки от механически.к примесей производ т обычным способом. These acids are introduced in an amount of from 5 to 25% by weight, depending on the degree of sulfonation of the mineral oil used to obtain the neutral sulfonate. As the latter, sulfonate additives such as SC, SB, etc. can be used. The additives obtained by the proposed method have an alkaline number of 175-250 mg KOH / H. In a glass flask equipped with a stirrer; the device is loaded with 1OO g of neutral sulfonate, 5O g of FLC and 150 g of oil - solvent. The mixture is heated-. The temperature is in the range of 70 ° C. At this temperature, 50 g of calcium hydroxide are fed in the form of an aqueous suspension. The whole is stirred for 1 hour. The carbonization (addition of COO to the reaction mixture) is carried out at 85-88 ° C for 1.5 hours. To remove the reaction water, 1OO ml of xylene is added to the mixture.
