Предлагаема  машина состоит из приводимой в круговое движение посредством эксцентриков 9 щетки 7 и рифленой пластины 2, закрепленной поворотно одним своим концом на раме 6 машины и приводимой при помощи кулачка 4, в колебательное движение в направлении, перпендикул рном к плоскости движени  щетки 7.
