Description
The invention relates to lifting mechanisms, in particular to devices for tightening a winch cable. There are known devices for pushing the winch cable, which contain a planetary gear with driving and driven sun wheels, a carrier with fixed satellite satellites and firewall sleeves. However, such devices do not allow placing a large number of satellites with small dimensions of the device, have increased cable wear and are unreliable in operation. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the wear of the cable and increase the reliability of the device. For this, the block satellites are made with crown gears located at different diameters, one of which is in engagement with the leader, and the other is driven by the solar wheels. FIG. schematically shows the proposed device; in fig. 2 shows a section along A-A in FIG. 1. Block satellites / with toothed crowns 2 and 3 of the unit gear of the device are mounted on bearings 4 of shafts 5 drove 6. Spiked crown 3 satellites} are in engagement with the leading solar wheel, m 7, and the toothed crown 2 - with vedom.my sun wheel S, while the driving sun wheel is made in one piece with the input shaft 9 connected to gear W, and the driven sun wheel is made in one piece with the output shaft 1 and gear 12. The gear rims of the satellite block are located on different diameters . An overrunning clutch 13 is installed on the drive shaft, interacting with the carrier 6, on which the sprocket 14 of the second coupling fixed the carrier with the corrush 15. The device works as follows. The winder drum cable (not shown in the drawing) rotates the gear 10 (the direction of rotation is shown in Fig. 2) mounted on the drive shaft 9, bearing the solar wheel 7, through the reducer. Lastly, I will interact with the gear the crown of the 3 satellite through the crown of the 2nd wheel 8, rotates the output shaft 11 with the gear 12 in the same direction, but with greater speed. At this m. The carrier 6 is kept away from rotation by an overrunning clutch with an asterisk 14. When the cable is unwound, the rotation of the input shaft 9 by means of the overrunning clutch 13 is transmitted to the output shaft // in the same direction as the input shaft and at the same speed B1 rotation. The subject of the invention is a winch cable retractor device, comprising a planetary gear with driving gear and slave: solar wheels, drove with block satellites installed on it, and the clutches enclosed in the housing are different in that, in order to reduce cable wear and higher reliability of operation, the block satellites are made with toothed rims located on different diameters, one of which is in engagement with the leader, and the other with driven solar wheels.
