The invention relates to equipment for the perfume industry, namely to devices for discharging perfume liquids from vials.

A device intended for this purpose and consisting of a drain tank made in the form of a pan with holes, a spike collector mounted therein is known so that syringes enter the holes of the pan and are located on the same axis with them, the tank for collecting liquids and piping system connected to a compressed air source and a manifold.

Such a device is inconvenient because the filtration process is not mechanized in it, and this reduces productivity.

In order to increase labor productivity and mechanize the filtration process, the proposed device is equipped with a spool valve disposed between the tanks for draining and collecting the liquid and a cartridge filter fixed in the container for collecting the liquid, while the piping system connects the source of compressed air through the spool collector to collect the liquid, and the latter has a pipe for connection to the tank of the filling machine.

The pipeline system includes a pipeline 7 connecting a source of compressed air (not shown in the drawings) through spool 4 to collector 2, pipeline 8 for supplying

compressed air into tank 3, pipe 9 for draining perfume liquid into tank 3, pipe 10 for air to exit from tank 3 and pipe // for connection to the tank of the filling machine.

The device works as follows.

Rejected, for example, as a result of impurities, flocs are manually inserted down the syringes of the collector 2 mounted in the capacitance i, and the knob 5 of the spool valve 4 is turned. The air enters the collector through pipe 7 and displaces the perfume liquid from the flasks. It flows down the pallet through pipe 9 into container 3. When this tank is filled, the air in it is displaced by liquid into pipe 10. To prevent the drop of liquid with air, pipe 10 is bent toward tank 1. After tank 3 Filled with liquid, turn the spool valve to the position shown in FIG. 9-11, in which the pipelines 9 and 10 are closed, and the pipe 8 is opened. The air is then injected into the tank 3. Under the pressure of air, the fluid passes into the cartridge filter 6, from where it enters the receiving tank of the masking pipe through pipe 11. When released the containers 3 from the liquid again turn the knob 5 of the spool valve 4, i.e. the perfume liquid is drained from the bottles as described above.
