Изобретение относитс к области медицины , точнее к гематологии.
Известен способ определени антигена «А в эритроцитах человека путем постановки реакции агглютинации между антигеном «А и изогемагглютинирующей сывороткой группы В III. Однако указанный способ имеет сложную методику с длительным ходом реакции агглютинации (1,5 час).
Цель изобретени - упрощение методики и сокращение сроков реакции агглютинации.
Это достигаетс тем, что эритроциты соедин ют с фитогемагглютининами анти «А.
Пример. На планщет нанос т по две капли рабочего разведени экстракта анти «А и р дом величиной с булавочную головку 20-30% взвеси аэритроцитов, вз тых в собственной сыворотке. Легким встр хива2
нием планщета капли смешивают и наблюдают реакцию агглютинации в течение 5- 10 лшн.
Фитогемагглютинины анти «А дают четкую агглютинацию с группами крови А и АВ через 10-30 сек, с подгруппами и АЗ, А2В, АзВ менее выраженную, но отчетливую агглютинацию через 3-7 мин.
