(54) MASTIC FOR FLOORS
This invention relates to mastic compositions used in floor structures as an intermediate adhesion layer between a concrete base and an upper layer of epoxy solid flooring. Mastics of this purpose are known on the basis of hardening filled elastomers, for example, polyurethanes ll. In the case of the top coating of epoxy polymer solutions, the Oxyline-5 epoxy resin mastic is used as the material of the lower layer. Optimal composition of such mastic is May, h. Cs. Oxibyl-5-oligoglycidyl chloropolyol resin flexibilizer85 Edoxy resin Dianova ED-20 15 Aminophenol AF-2 hardener 9 Aliphatic amiany hardener DDTB-215, 5 Mineral fillers190 Mastic has a tensile strength at stretching of 12 MPa, and relative lengthening at the same time at a melting stitch at a melting temperature However, to increase the shock resistance of floor coverings, which is proportional to the product of tensile strength and elongation, it is necessary to increase the relative elongation at break. The aim of the invention is to increase the relative elongation of epoxy mastics at break. This is achieved by the fact that it contains polypropylene glycol molecular weight from 500 to 2000 as a flexibilizing resin, xylylenediamine as a hardener in the following ratio of components in May. H: dicyclo carbonate prolipropylene glycol 60-85 Epoxy-dian resin 15-40 K. -35 Mineral filler140-260 Flexibilization is due to the interaction of dicyclocarbonates with reaction diamines. -CHH-CH-CHg i... - CH-CH-CHrO-CONHONI with the neighboring hydroxyl group stabilizing the urethane group formed due to the strong hydrogen bond. Consequently, the complex mastic binder is, after curing, a three-dimensional network of epoxy polymer that immobilizes linear non-isocyanate
