Claims (1)
- CTv TI - температура внутреннего окис лени ;: Н, - врем выдержки; Тд - верхний температурный предел термоциклической обработки; Т, - температура фазового превраще ни } Т - нижний температурный предел термоциклической обработки; Ц - скорость нагрева; С - скорость охлаждени ; о напр жение, создаваемое в ма териале . Таким образом, предложенный спосо позвол ет повысить механические свой ства материалов, способных подвергат с внутреннему окислению. Формула изобретени Способ упрочнени металлического материала, способного подвергатьс внутреннему окислению,включашрнй нагрев до температуры внутреннего окислени и выдержку, о т л и ч а ю tu ,и и с тем, что, с целью повышени меха нических свойств, после вьщержки материал подвергают термоциклическрй обработке с нагревом на 50-135с выше и с охлаждением на ниже температуры фазового превращени ,причем одновременно к материалу прикладывают нагрузку, создающую напр жение от 0,1 до 0,05 предела текучести материала .
